A method of optimizing an operating state of a vehicle includes classifying, using a first neural network of a hybrid neural network, social media data sourced from a plurality of social media sources as affecting a transportation system. The method further includes predicting, using a second neural network of the hybrid neural network, one or more effects of the classified social media data on the transportation system. The method further includes optimizing, using a third neural network of the hybrid neural network, a state of at least one vehicle of the transportation system, wherein the optimizing addresses an influence of the predicted one or more effects on the at least one vehicle.

Provided is a patent transaction prediction method, comprising the following steps: obtaining to-be-predicted patent data(S1); constructing a prediction model, which is executed by a computer to predict a transaction probability of to-be-predicted patent data(S2); and displaying the transaction probability in a data attribute of the to-be-predicted patent data(S3). An on-demand mobile lawyer method includes receiving a live consultation request from a user, automatically receiving a live-stream of video images of the user and surroundings and storing the video images, automatically searching a plurality of records associated with a plurality of lawyers stored in a remote database, automatically identifying at least one lawyer licensed in a jurisdiction that corresponds to a current location of the user, automatically transmitting at least one notification to the identified at least one lawyer, live-streaming captured video images of the user for viewing by the identified at least one lawyer, automatically receiving and storing live-streaming video images of the identified at least one lawyer in the remote database, and automatically transmitting the live-streaming video images of the identified at least one lawyer to be displayed on a display screen viewable by the user.
