The method also includes setting a deadline for completion of the curriculum. The method also includes sending the user reminders regarding completion of the curriculum. The method also includes receiving confirmation of completion of the curriculum. The method also includes generating a compliance certificate for the user.

Apparatuses, methods, program products, and systems are disclosed for an intelligent knowledge platform. An apparatus includes a processor and a memory. A skill-gap analysis and recommender system and method is described that serves as a personalized education and skill (PES) map. It provides a comprehensive presentation of the opportunities afforded by the University along with a detailed analysis of trends for placements and career goals. It conducts a comprehensive analysis of past student data and current market trends to make recommendations that are adapted to each student's profile in line with their individual career goals. This is accomplished using an algorithm for adaptive association pattern mining with a built-in mechanism for creation of meta-categories and drill-down for specifics, so as to meet the needs of every student and not miss infrequent patterns or rare opportunities afforded by the system. For the recommendations generated, the system also provides an assessment of the time-sensitivity of a goal and a mechanism for students to track their progress through prioritizing short and long term goals.
Electronic management of license data
A computer system including a processor in communication with a memory and a database may be provided. The processor may be programmed to: (i) execute a query on the database including a list of user identifiers associated with a plurality of users, (ii) receive license data associated with the user identifiers including a list of licenses and respective license renewal data associated with each user, (iii) determine, from the license data, that one or more licenses of a group of users is in a renewal period, (iv) notify each user of the group of users of the one or more licenses in the renewal period, (v) pre-populate a license renewal application for the one or more licenses in the renewal period the group of users, (vi) transmit the pre-populated application to be approved by the group of users, and (vii) receive the approved pre-populated application from the group of users.

A method of automated analysis of learning content's impact on agent performance according to an embodiment includes automatically determining a first set of performance metrics for an agent for a predefined first period before the agent participated in a learning module in response to notification of completion in the learning module, automatically determining a second set of performance metrics for the agent for a predefined second period after the agent participated in the learning module in response to determining that the predefined second period has elapsed, computing a first set of performance metric differences between those sets of metrics, and performing correlation analysis to determine whether the learning module significantly effects one or more performance metrics of the agent based on a plurality of performance metric differences computed for a plurality of agents, wherein the plurality of performance metric differences includes the first set of performance metric differences.
