A path planning method of mobile robots based on image processing is provided and includes: S1, preprocessing a map image: calculating a safety distance between a mobile robot and a surrounding obstacle during a movement of the mobile robot based on external geometric features of the mobile robot, forming a circular range on the map image with a expansion point as a center and the safety distance as an expansion radius to set a safety range, and marking the safety range; performing skeleton feature extraction on the map image after the marking to obtain a reference path map; S2, obtaining an initial path; and S3, optimizing the initial path. The path planning method improves the flexibility of the algorithm and has high robustness and operational efficiency, and the optimal path obtained can ensure the moving safety of the mobile robot.

The method includes partitioning the skeletonized map based on the identified intersections, wherein partitioning the skeletonized map defines a roadway data set and an intersection data set. The method further includes analyzing the intersection data set to lane connections in the identified intersections. The method further includes merging results of the analyzed road data set and the analyzed intersection data set to generate the roadway map.

System and method for generating character poses using deep learning
A method of generating or modifying poses in an animation of a character are disclosed. Variable numbers and types of supplied inputs are combined into a single input. The variable numbers and types of supplied inputs correspond to one or more effector constraints for one or more joints of the character. The single input is transformed into a pose embedding. The pose embedding includes a machine-learned representation of the single input. The pose embedding is expanded into a pose representation output. The pose representation output includes local rotation data and global position data for the one or more joints of the character.
