Dynamic dimension switch for 3D content based on viewport resizing
A computer (10) displays an information data set (22) in a viewport (30) using a first type of rendering (42) when the viewport is in a first viewport geometry space (52), and displays the information data set in the viewport using a second type of rendering (44) when the viewport is in a second viewport geometry space (54). The viewport may be resized by a user. While displaying the first type of rendering, resizing of the viewport into the second viewport geometry space is detected and in response the computer transitions to displaying the information data set using the second type of rendering. Likewise, while displaying the information data set in the viewport using the second type of rendering, resizing of the viewport into the first viewport geometry space is detected and in response the computer transitions to displaying the information data set using the first type of rendering.
INTERFERENCE BASED AUGMENTED REALITY HOSTING PLATFORMS
Interference-based augmented reality hosting platforms are presented. Hosting platforms can include networking nodes capable of analyzing a digital representation of scene to derive interference among elements of the scene. The hosting platform utilizes the interference to adjust the presence of augmented reality objects within an augmented reality experience. Elements of a scene can constructively interfere, enhancing presence of augmented reality objects; or destructively interfere, suppressing presence of augmented reality objects.

Augmented reality wireless planning and troubleshooting
The present technology includes calculating the 3-D RF propagation pattern in a space for at least one Wi-Fi access point and displaying a visualization of the RF propagation pattern in augmented reality (AR). The augmented reality view of the space can be created by capturing at least one image of the space and displaying at least one image of the space on a display with the visualization of the Wi-Fi access point RF propagation pattern on the display overlaid at least one image of the space. The disclosed technology further can calculate the RF propagation properties and render a visualization of the RF propagation patterns in a 3D space by utilizing hardware on a user device. The AR display is useful in visualizing, in-person aspects of a Wi-Fi network and coverage, and can be used in troubleshooting, maintenance, and simulations of equipment variations.
System and Method to Process and Display Information Related to Real Estate by Developing and Presenting a Photogrammetric Reality Mesh
Systems and methods are disclosed for multidimensional visualization of data and using the visualization in any of a number of applications to result in visualization configurations usable for a variety of purposes. The system includes one or more processors, one or more databases, at least one graphical user interface (GUI), and control technology for a user to control a display, where the display typically is visualizable through the GUI.

Method for automatically generating hierarchical exploded views based on assembly constraints and collision detection
A method for automatically generating hierarchical exploded views based on assembly constraints and collision detection, in which parts to be exploded are layered in explosion sequence according to a design result of the 3D assembly process planning, and the parts to be exploded in each layer are grouped based on the type and the disassembly direction; a feasible explosion direction of the parts in each layer is determined according to assembly constraints and collision detection; the explosion sequence and explosion direction of the parts in each layer are determined; and then the layered explosion is performed at a certain distance. Ball markers and a part-list are generated after all the parts are exploded.
Imaging a subsurface geological model at a past intermediate restoration time
A system and method is provided for restoring a 3D tomographic model of the Earth's subsurface geology from the present-day to a past restoration time. Whereas at the present time all faults represent active discontinuities, at a past restoration time some faults have not yet formed. Accordingly, the restored model divides the fault network into τ-active faults (discontinuous surfaces for faults that intersect the layer deposited at the past restoration time) and τ-inactive faults (continuous surfaces for faults that do not intersect the layer deposited at the past restoration time). A new 3D restoration transformation is also provided that uses linear geological constraints to process the restoration model in less time and generate more accurate geological images.
