METHODS AND SYSTEMS FOR DETERMINING VERIFICATION INFORMATION RELATED TO VIRTUAL CARDS
Disclosed are systems and methods for utilizing virtual reality for virtual cards. For example, a method of determining verification information may include: obtaining an image of a merchant site of a merchant captured by at least one camera of a first computing device, wherein the merchant site is displayed on a display of a second computing device; identifying one or more characters in the captured image; determining that the identified one or more characters indicate a virtual credit card number associated with a user; determining a card verification value associated with the virtual credit card number and an expiration date associated with the virtual credit card number; and displaying information regarding the determined virtual credit card number on a display of the first computing device.
Visual domain detection systems and methods
Disclosed is an effective domain name defense solution in which a domain name string may be provided to or obtained by a computer embodying a visual domain analyzer. The domain name string may be rendered or otherwise converted to an image. An optical character recognition function may be applied to the image to read out a text string which can then be compared with a protected domain name to determine whether the text string generated by the optical character recognition function from the image converted from the domain name string is similar to or matches the protected domain name. This visual domain analysis can be dynamically applied in an online process or proactively applied in an offline process to hundreds of millions of domain names.
Method, electronic apparatus and storage medium for detecting a static logo of a video
A method for detecting a static logo of a video, an electronic apparatus and a storage medium. The method includes: calculating a pixel grayscale flag value, an edge gradient flag value and an edge direction flag value; calculating, in a preset neighborhood centered on the pixel at each pixel position of the current video frame, a first local confidence degree of the pixel grayscale flag value, a second local confidence degree of the edge gradient flag value, and a third local confidence degree of the edge direction flag value respectively; calculating a contribution score of each local confidence degree and a total contribution score of each pixel position; and gathering the total contribution score of each pixel position of the current video frame, and determining a static logo in the current video frame according to the total contribution score of each pixel position.
Methods and systems for scoreboard region detection
A computing system automatically detects, in a sequence of video frames, a video frame region that depicts a scoreboard. The video frames of the sequence depict image elements including (i) scoreboard image elements that are unchanging across the video frames of the sequence and (ii) other image elements that change across the video frames of the sequence. Given this, the computing system (a) receives the sequence, (b) engages in an edge-detection process to detect, in the video frames of the sequence, a set of edges of the depicted image elements, (c) identifies a subset of the detected set of edges based on each edge of the subset being unchanging across the video frames of the sequence, and (d) detects, based on the edges of the identified subset, the video frame region that depicts the scoreboard.
METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR RECOGNIZING SUBTITLE REGION, DEVICE, AND STORAGE MEDIUM
A method and an apparatus for recognizing a subtitle region, a device, and a storage medium are provided, relating to the field of computer vision technologies of artificial intelligence. The method includes: recognizing a video to obtain n candidate subtitle regions, the candidate subtitle regions being regions in which text contents are displayed in the video, and n being a positive integer; and screening the n candidate subtitle regions according to a subtitle region screening policy to obtain the subtitle region, the subtitle region screening policy being used for determining a candidate subtitle region in which text contents have a repetition rate being lower than a repetition rate threshold and have a longest total display duration as the subtitle region. By using the method and apparatus, device, and system, labor resources required for subtitle region recognition can be saved.
ADJUSTING RESOLUTION OF VIDEO STREAM BASED ON OPTICAL CHARACTER RECOGNITION
In one aspect, a first device includes at least one processor and storage accessible to the at least one processor. The storage includes instructions executable by the at least one processor to locally generate first optical character recognition (OCR) data related to at least a first video frame of content. The instructions are also executable to receive, from a second device different from the first device, second OCR data related to at least a second video frame of content. The instructions are then executable to compare the first OCR data to the second OCR data and, responsive to the comparison indicating the first OCR data does not match the second OCR data to within a threshold, take at least one action to adjust the resolution of a video stream such as a video conference's video stream.
VIDEO PROCESSING FOR ENABLING SPORTS HIGHLIGHTS GENERATION
One or more highlights of a video stream may be identified. The highlights may be segments of a video stream, such as a broadcast of a sporting event, that are of particular interest to one or more users. According to one method, at least a portion of the video stream may be stored. The portion of the video stream may be compared with templates of a template database to identify the one or more highlights. Each highlight may be a subset of the video stream that is deemed likely to match the one or more templates. The highlights, an identifier that identifies each of the highlights within the video stream, and/or metadata pertaining particularly to the one or more highlights may be stored to facilitate playback of the highlights for the users.
Apparatuses and methods for selectively inserting text into a video resume
Aspects relate to apparatuses and methods for selectively inserting text into a video resume. An exemplary apparatus includes a processor and a memory communicatively connected to the processor, the memory containing instructions configuring the processor to receive a video resume from a user, divide the video resume is into temporal sections, acquire a plurality of textual inputs from a user, wherein the plurality of textual inputs pertains to the same user of received video resume, classify the plurality of textual inputs to corresponding temporal sections of the received video resume and display, as a function of the classification, the received video resume with a corresponding plurality of textual inputs.
Character recognition method and apparatus, electronic device, and storage medium
A method, apparatus, electronic device, and storage medium for character recognition are provided. The method may perform image processing on an acquired original image to obtain a region to be recognized. The region may include a character. The method may determine an area ratio of the region to be recognized on the original image. The method may determine an angle between the region to be recognized and a preset direction. The method may determine a character density of the region to be recognized. The method may perform character recognition on the character in the region to be recognized in response to determining that the area ratio is greater than a ratio threshold, the angle is less than an angle threshold, and the character density is less than a density threshold.
