METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR OFFLINE ATTENDANCE PROCESSING
Embodiments of the present application provide a method and system for offline attendance processing. During operation, the system may detect an attendance triggering event occurring on a preset page displayed on a client device. The system may determine whether a predetermined data transmission condition is satisfied. In response to determining that the predetermined data transmission condition is not satisfied, the system may buffer, at the client device, attendance-related data corresponding to the attendance triggering event. In response to determining that the predetermined data transmission condition is satisfied, the system may transmit the attendance-related data to a server.

Embodiments of the present application provide a method and system for offline attendance processing. During operation, the system may detect an attendance triggering event occurring on a preset page displayed on a client device. A processor is connected to the stationary receivers and is configured to determine a position of the wearable transponder relative to the athletics track or relative to the stationary receivers on the basis of the runtimes received from the stationary receivers.

A civilian accountability system accounting for civilians on-site or at a remote site that is interoperable with a personnel (first responder) accountability system. The civilian accountability system includes an information receiving device, a processor, and a display. The information receiving device is provided for receiving information from a data storage device carried by the civilian or from the civilian directly. The received information pertains to the civilian, and may include identification, qualification, and/or medical information. Upon receiving the data, the system subsequently stores and displays the received information. This system may also be used to receive information regarding a site.

The information receiving device is provided for receiving information from a data storage device carried by the civilian or from the civilian directly. The received information pertains to the civilian, and may include identification, qualification, and/or medical information. Upon receiving the data, the system subsequently stores and displays the received information. This system may also be used to receive information regarding a site.
