METHODS AND SYSTEMS FOR DETECTING A TAILGATING EVENT AT AN ACCESS POINT CONTROLLED BY AN ACCESS CONTROL SYSTEM
20230050055 · 2023-02-16 ·

Apparatus and methods for controlling access to a restricted area by an access control device includes obtaining a first image using a first sensor mounted at a first location. A second image is obtained using a second sensor mounted at a location different from a location of the first sensor. The second image is processed, using the second sensor, to obtain information regarding the detected objects in the second image. The information regarding the detected objects is sent from the second sensor to the first sensor. The first sensor compares the received information with a number of objects detected using the first image. A tailgating event is identified, in response to determining that the number of objects detected using the first image does not match the information regarding the number of objects detected using the second image. A tailgating notification is outputted, by the first sensor, indicating a tailgating event.

INTELLIGENT PREVENTION PASSAGE CONTROL SYSTEM FOR ELECTRONIC DEVICE

The present disclosure relates to an intelligent prevention passage control system for an electronic device, which comprises a detection device for an electronic device, a traffic control device integrated with the detection device for the electronic device, an industrial control host, a server, an access controller and a management terminal inside the traffic control device, The present disclosure can more accurately judge violations by scoring violations, and can make the system more intelligent by accurately judging violations, thus realizing no manual attendance, solving the problems of personnel recruitment, shift attendance and personnel management, and saving a lot of labor cost. At the same time, the system can avoid the hidden dangers caused by human feelings. sense of responsibility and inertia brought b manual prevention, and ensure the consistent, accurate and reliable standards of detection work.

ACCESS CONTROL SYSTEM AND A METHOD FOR CONTROLLING OPERATION OF AN ACCESS CONTROL SYSTEM
20230010991 · 2023-01-12 · ·

An access control system includes: at least one gate device and a control unit. The control unit is configured to: control the at least one gate device to operate in a first operation mode, in which the gate device is arranged to allow access for the users via the gate device only from a first access direction, detect that a traffic flow of the users meets a predefined capacity limit, and control at least one gate device to change to operate in a second operation mode, in which the gate device is arranged to allow access for the users via the gate device from the first access direction and from the second access direction. The invention relates also to a method for controlling an access control system.

Gate device system and control method thereof

A method for controlling a gate device in connection with at least one gate and two frameworks connected to the at least one gate is provided. The method may include identifying an authorization status of an object. The method may include detecting pressure signals caused by the object at a first moment, if the authorization status is satisfied. The method may include determining whether or not an illegal tailgating event occurred based on the pressure signals. The method may further include generating a control signal for opening the at least one gate to facilitate the object to pass through the at least one gate in response to a determination that the illegal tailgating event did not occur.
