Either the storage unit or the bundle conveyance unit includes a conveyance guide that is disposed at a connection location between the storage unit and the bundle conveyance unit, that forms a portion of the bundle conveyance path, and that transitions between a state communicating the bundle conveyance path with the inside of a reject storage box, and a state communicating the bundle conveyance path with the inside of a stacking section.

A money handling method to be executed by a money handling machine including a body and an extension unit. The method includes: instructing the extension unit to replenish the body with money with a specified denomination; replenishing the body from the extension unit in accordance with the instruction; recognizing a denomination of each of the money sent from the extension unit; storing the money in a first storage unit associated with a first denomination in a first case where the denomination recognized is the first denomination identical to the specified denomination; storing money in a second storage unit in a second case where the denomination recognized is a second denomination different from the specified denomination; and continuing the replenishment with the money using the extension unit as instructed in both the first case and the second case.

A money handling machine includes: a housing; a drawer that is drawable from the housing; a locking mechanism configured to lock the drawer in the housing; an identification information acquisition unit configured to acquire identification information of an operator; and a controller configured to control the locking mechanism such that, when an error occurs in a handling unit, the drawer can be drawn from the housing subject to the identification information of the operator having been acquired by the identification information acquisition unit.

A game token tray system includes a game token tray having a dual tray structure in which a game token is stored. The game token tray system includes a double tray including a lower tray and an upper tray stacked on the lower tray to store a game token provided with an RF tag in which tag information is stored, a camera that acquires tray image data by imaging the game token stored in the upper tray, an RIFD reading device that reads the tag information from the RF tag of the game token stored in the lower tray, and a game recording device that records the tray image data and/or an image analysis result of the tray image data about the game token stored in the upper tray and records the tag information read by the RFID reading device about the game token stored in the upper tray.

Currency processing systems, coin processing machines, coin sorting and recycling assemblies, and methods of making and methods of using the same are presented herein. A currency processing system is disclosed which includes a housing with a coin input area for receiving coins and coin receptacles for stowing processed coins. A disk-type coin processing unit includes a rotatable disk for imparting motion to input coins, and a sorting head for separating and discharging coins from exit stations. An automated coin chute receives coins from one of the exit stations. The automated coin chute includes a movable diverter plate that selectively transitions between a first position, whereby coins received from the exit station of the disk-type coin processing unit are redirected through a coin-recycling output passage to a coin-recycling receptacle, and a second position, whereby coins received from the exit station are redirected through a coin-depositing output passage to a coin-depositing receptacle.

A game token tray system includes a game token tray having a dual tray structure in which a game token is stored. The game token tray system includes a double tray including a lower tray and an upper tray stacked on the lower tray to store a game token provided with an RF tag in which tag information is stored, a camera that acquires tray image data by imaging the game token stored in the upper tray, an RFID reading device that reads the tag information from the RF tag of the game token stored in the lower tray, and a game recording device that records the tray image data and/or an image analysis result of the tray image data about the game token stored in the upper tray and records the tag information read by the RFID reading device about the game token stored in the upper tray.

A coin holder device 12 that includes a transparent front sheet 20 that contains receptacles 18 and first and second major surfaces 28 and 30. The receptacles 18 are recessed into the sheet 20 to project out from the second major surface 30. A backer sheet 22 has first and second major surfaces 32 and 34 and openings 36 that extend through the sheet 22. The openings 36 correspond in location to the receptacles 18 in the front sheet 20. The backer sheet 22 is removeably positioned over the receptacles 18, enabling the second major surface 30 to be juxtapositioned against the first major surface 32. A coin depositing and dispensing machine (100) comprises: a front face (102); a coin input unit (104); a coin processing unit (106); at least one container (110) for storing coins of a specific denomination; and a coin output unit (120), comprising a first element (122) and a second element (124) carrying the first element (122), wherein the first element (122) in a first position (122A) is arranged relative the at least one container (110) for receiving coins from the at least one container (110), wherein the first element (122) is displaceable relative the second element (124) from the first position (122A) towards the front face (102) to a second position (122B), and wherein the second element (124), when the first element (122) is in the second position (122B), is displaceable for carrying the first element (122) to an output position (122C), where the first element (122) at least partially protrudes from the front face (102).

A drawer 72 includes a coin container receiving unit 74 and a plurality of types of coin containers 76a, 76b having different shapes, each of the coin containers 76a, 76b can be placed in the coin container receiving unit 74, and wherein a number of the coin containers 76a, 76b installed in the drawer 72 is changeable according to a combination of the types of the coin containers 76a, 76b placed in the coin container receiving unit 74.

The present invention relates to a container adapted for containing a chain of a plurality of interconnected coin bags as well as being sealed by a seal. The invention also comprises a method of sealing a container, a kit for sealing a container, a sealed container containing a chain of a plurality of interconnected coin bags and a method of connecting two separate chains of a plurality of interconnected coin bags when both chains are arranged in separate containers.
