Sanitizing system
A sanitizing system, configured to receive, sanitize and dispense payment objects; the sanitizing system has a housing with a universal money recognizer. A coin counter display and a bill counter display are arranged on the housing. A bill check in slot, a coin in slot, a bill check out slot, and a coin check out slot are arranged on the housing. When a user inserts coins into the coin in slot, the coins are counted, sanitized and released through the coin check out slot.

DISPENSER SHUTTER ASSEMBLY FOR AN AUTOMATED TELLER MACHINE
A dispenser shutter assembly of an automated teller machine and a method for preventing damage to the dispenser shutter assembly. The dispenser shutter assembly includes: a shutter; a shutter plate; cam followers attached to the shutter plate; a cam coupled to the cam followers; a motor that rotates the cam in a first rotational direction in a plane of rotation of the cam for inducing the cam to act on the cam followers to cause movement of the shutter plate to transition the shutter to a closed state of the shutter; and a cam rotation restrictor positioned so as to prevent rotation of the cam beyond an over center position on the cam's rotational axis by forcing the cam to rotate in a second rotational direction that is opposite the first rotational direction in response to a manual opening of the shutter from the closed state of the shutter.
Coinage identification device
Provided is a coinage identification device (6), comprising: a coinage sorting device (6A), which is configured to further comprise a first coinage guidance unit (9), and a second coinage guidance unit (10) which moves between a narrowing location which is close to the first coinage guidance unit (9) and a widening location which is separated from the first coinage guidance unit (9), and to cause a plurality of coins to fall in batches of a defined number from between the first coinage guidance unit (9) and the second coinage guidance unit (10); and a coinage intake (28a) which is disposed below the first coinage guidance unit (9) and the second coinage guidance unit (10), and which accepts the coins which fall from between the first coinage guidance unit (9) and the second coinage guidance unit (10). When a coin is jammed between the first coinage guidance unit (9) and the second coinage guidance unit (10), the coinage sorting device (6A) moves the second coinage guidance unit (10) from the narrowing location to the widening location, thereby widening the space between the first coinage guidance unit (9) and the second coinage guidance unit (10) and causing the jammed coin to fall. The coinage identification device further comprises a shutter unit (31) which covers the coinage intake (28a) when the second coinage guidance unit (10) is positioned in the widening location.

Electronically actuated coin slider device
An electronically actuated coin slider provides an appearance and operation similar to a conventional coin-activated slider without the use of coins. A card reader activates the coin slider and allows a user to push the slide bar to actuate a game, machine, or device in a manner similar to that of a convention slider. A servo motor engages or disengages latching hooks to prevent or allow operation of the slide bar.

ELECTRONIC EQUIPMENT
In an electronic equipment including a coin handling apparatus, a protective cover having a plate-like shape for preventing infiltration of extraneous matters other than coins is attached to a coin insertion slot for inserting coins, and the protective over includes a cutout part having a size that allows a predetermined number of plurality of coins to simultaneously pass therethrough and a cutout part periphery section adjacent to the cutout part of the protective cover or a surface of the protective cover is formed to have a shape adapted to drain liquid falling on the protective cover.

COIN SELECTOR AND AUTOMATIC SERVICE MACHINE
A coin entering from a depositing port of a coin selector is identified by a denomination while passing through a coin passage. A coin of a predetermined denomination is stored, and a coin of a denomination other than the predetermined denomination is discharged to the outside. Provided is a coin selector including a removal mechanism that suitably removes a coin clogged in a coin passage. The coin selector includes a first pushing portion and a second pushing portion that push a coin in a moving direction of the coin and a direction intersecting with the moving direction in the coin passage from a depositing port for depositing the coin to a dispensing port for discharging the coin. When the coin is clogged, the coin is pushed by a pushing unit to eliminate the coin clogging, and the clogged coin is discharged to the dispensing port.
