Each dispensing assembly includes an actuator that mechanically injects a time delay between dispensings. The present invention is related to the fields of drug delivery and implantable devices. Devices, systems, and methods for use of drug delivery implants are contemplated herein. The present invention relates to implantable devices, as well as their methods of use and manufacturing. Exemplary embodiments of the present invention include fiber and sheet based implantable devices for drug delivery to bodily lumens. In particular, implantable drug delivery device compositions are contemplated for use providing consistent drug delivery over time to the central nervous system for treating associated disorders and disease. As one specific example, a CNS delivery device is contemplated for implantation in a region of the nose for providing consistent drug delivery over time to brain tissue for treating brain associated diseases, e.g. Alzheimer's disease (AD) and related dementias (AD/ADRD).

Unattended Storefront Apparatus
An unattended retail storefront that is installed in a consumer's residence. The unattended retail storefront includes an unsold product display and storage area, a retail-access portal that provides selective access from within the consumer's residence to the unsold product display and storage area to thereby provide a consumer in the consumer's residence with physical shopping access to the unsold product display and storage area, and an inventory-loading portal that provides selective access from outside the consumer's residence to the unsold product display and storage area, to thereby provide a retail enterprise with inventory-maintenance access to the unsold product display and storage area. Part or all of the unsold product display in storage area may be refrigerated. One or both of the aforementioned portals may be lockable as desired. By one approach the retail-access portal can be configured to automatically lock when the inventory-loading portal is opened.

Thus, throughout the manufacturing, sales and products distribution logistic chain, the present invention advantageously discloses the offer of a larger variety of product ranges to the final customer, also allowing stock replenishment using small vehicles, for example, motorcycles.
