Methods and Systems for Providing Event Alerts
The various embodiments described herein include methods, devices, and systems for providing event alerts. In one aspect, a method includes: (1) obtaining a first category for a first motion event, the first motion event corresponding to a first plurality of video frames; (2) sending a first alert indicative of the first category to a user; (3) after sending the first alert, obtaining a second category for a second motion event corresponding to a second plurality of video frames; (4) in accordance with a determination that the second category is the same as the first category, determining whether a predetermined amount of time has elapsed since the sending of the first alert; (5) if the predetermined amount of time has elapsed, sending a second alert indicative of the second category to the user; and (6) if the predetermined amount of time has not elapsed, forgoing sending the second alert.
GESTURE BASED INTERFACE FOR A PREMISES SECURITY SYSTEM
A control device in a premises security system configured to communicate with a premises device that includes a radar sensor for sensing hand gestures is provided. The control device receives signaling from the premises device indicative of a hand gesture, performs a first correlation of the hand gesture to a predetermined premises security system command, performs a second correlation of a verbal security password, a speaker voice recognition, a presence of the user's phone near the control device, a presence of a registered wearable near the control device, a camera viewing a registered home occupant inside the premises, or biometrics to the predetermined premises security system command, and performs a first action based on the first correlation and second correlation, such as arming or disarming the premises security system.
VIDEO DOORBELL WITH CHIME CONTROLLER
A video doorbell system operable to generate a chime sound, comprises a transformer, operable to convert a premise's power supply to a suitable. The video doorbell system further includes a video doorbell having a processor, a video camera and a wireless communication module. The video doorbell is electrically connected to the transformer by a two-wire interface. The processor within the video doorbell operable to generate a chime signal using power supplied from the two-wire interface when a doorbell button is depressed. The video doorbell system further includes a chime controller, electrically connected to the transformer and the video doorbell by the two-wire interface. The video doorbell system continues to provide sufficient power to the video doorbell from the transformer via the two-wire interface so as to be able to operate the processor, video camera and wireless communication module while the doorbell button is currently depressed.
VIDEO REPLAY ATTACK DETECTION
The present application relates to detecting if video images captured by a camera are depicting a live scene or a recorded video played on a monitor, display or computer screen, which is setup to hide the scene from the camera. Metadata regarding the mapping operation used to transform image data between different intensity ranges, or bit depths, is included with the video and evaluated in order to determine if a video replay attack has taken place.
Electronic security system having wireless security devices
An electronic security system enables configuration and operation of different types of wireless security devices, such as multi-sensors, sirens/strobes, and/or key fobs, according to the specific capabilities of the devices, with minimized communication and a lower power mode. The minimized communication allows reduced data transmissions with the devices, with selective disablement of the communications system at times, which allows greater power savings and extended battery life. In one aspect, an application protocol is used to communicate with the different types of devices by applying preconfigured control parameters to the devices according to features of the devices. The application protocol can be built on a software stack executing on a wireless base station of the security system.
MULTISPECTRAL LIGHTING REPRODUCTION
Systems and techniques for multispectral lighting reproduction, in one aspect, include: one or more light sources having different lighting spectra; and one or more computers comprising at least one processor and at least one memory device, the one or more computers programmed to drive the one or more light sources directly using intensity coefficients that have been determined by comparing first data for a multi-color reference object photographed by a camera in a scene with second data for the multi-color reference object photographed when lit by respective ones of the different lighting spectra of the one or more light sources.
Network range extender with multi-RF radio support for plurality of network interfaces
A networked system for managing a physical intrusion detection/alarm includes a network of end nodes, e.g., sensor nodes including one or more constrained sensor nodes for sensing physical conditions, and a gateway to provide network connections for the constrained sensor nodes. The system also includes a range extender for connecting the one or more constrained sensor nodes to the gateway, with the range extender including first and second radios and corresponding processors to wirelessly communicate with the gateway and constrained nodes.
Security camera system using power supply by electromagnetic induction scheme
A security camera system using a power supply by an electromagnetic induction scheme comprises; a CT core detachably installed on a power transmission and distribution line and producing electric power by the electromagnetic induction scheme and; a power transformer for transforming an AC power generated from the CT core to a DC voltage; a camera module for recording a security video using power supplied by the transformer; a wireless communication module for transmitting an audio and a video data captured by the camera module; and a stabilizer module for correcting the shake of a video when capturing a security video. The security camera system provided with the power supply device as a main power supply thereto generating an electric power by the electromagnetic induction scheme using the current flowing around the power distribution line saves time and cost related to power supply construction so that the productivity may be improved.
ELECTRICITY AMOUNT DETECTION METHOD AND DEVICE, TERMINAL AND STORAGE MEDIUM
Disclosed an electricity amount detection method and device, a terminal and a storage medium. The method includes that: Identity (ID) information of each function device called by an application is acquired according to ID information of the application; a power consumption parameter generated when each function device is called is correspondingly acquired according to the ID information of each function device called by the application; a power consumption parameter generated when the application is running is determined according to the power consumption parameter generated by each function device; and the power consumption parameter generated when the application is running is output as a power consumption index when the application is running.
MULTIMEDIA PLAYING SYSTEM FOR AUTOMATICALLY NOTIFYING ABNORMAL SITUATIONS AND INFORMATION PROCESSING METHOD OF THE SAME
A multimedia playing system for automatically notifying abnormal situations has a TV dongle and a network security camera connected to the TV dongle through network. The TV dongle has an email processing server module. The network security camera has an email transmitting module. When the network security camera detects an abnormal situation, an event message is transmitted to the email processing server module. The email processing server module accordingly generates a command. According to the command, the TV dongle transmits a control signal to control a digital TV to immediately display the abnormal situation. Therefore, the multimedia playing system automatically informs a user of the occurrence of the normal situation.
