The machine instructions when executed by the computer implement the following function: transmitting an electronic document including a digital video frame associated with a digital video alarm event. The digital video frame is selectable and associated with a digital video clip hyperlink configured to activate when the digital video frame is selected. The digital video clip hyperlink is associated with a digital video clip. The functions also include playing the digital video clip in response to an activation of the digital video clip hyperlink associated with the digital video clips via selection of the digital video frame.

Methods and systems for assigning locations to devices
A location identification system analyzes information received corresponding to a device detected in a room of a patient. On detecting a location identification of the device, the system assigns the device to the location corresponding to the location identification. In embodiments, the system retrieves patient and care team information for the location. The location and patient and care team information may be communicated to a central video monitoring system.

Three level detector signal for multicamera video alarm system for remote monitoring and method
A television based alarm system provides video streams from multiple cameras produced at a first location that is transmitted via a radio transmitter to a secondary location. Detectors such as motion detector signals from a plurality of motion detectors at the first location are utilized to indicate when and which cameras are likely to see an intruder based on when and which detectors are tripped. In the encoder/decoder, the detectors are connected to LEDS and an encoder video camera at said first location for encoding into an encoder video. The encoder video is sent along with a plurality of videos to the second location. The decoder video is decoded at said second location utilizing photo electric cells. The LEDs produce three levels of brightness to indicate (1) not tripped but functioning, 2) tripped, or 3) malfunctioning for any particular motion detector.
