SYSTEMS TO INFER IDENTITIES OF PERSONS OF INTEREST RAPIDLY AND ALERT FIRST RESPONDERS
Systems, devices, and technical methods of the present disclosure leverage digital visitor logs from confinement facilities to identify people of interest that may be involved in incidents to which first responders are dispatched. When a phone call is received at phone public safety access point, a first query including a name associated with the call is transmitted to a digital visitor log for a confinement facility. A digital response to the first query identifies a visitee who was visited by a visitor by that name while the visitee was in confinement. The visitee's name is then transmitted in a second query to a digital repository containing release records; a digital response indicates the visitee was released before the call was received. An electronic notification that identifies the visitee is transmitted to a device associated with an agent who is responding to the call.
Device, process and system for assigning alerts to sensor analytics engines
A device, method and system for assigning alerts to sensor analytics engines is provided. A device one or more of generates and receives an alert to perform a search for a target object. The device determines a geographic area in which to perform the search for the target object. The device determines sensors available in the geographic area for use in the search for the target object. The device, in response to the sensors meeting a threshold condition, assigns the alert to a sensor analytics engine to search for the target object using the sensors. The device, in response to the sensors not meeting the threshold condition, provides the alert to one or more communication devices to initiate a human-based search for the target object.
Systems and methods for providing augmented reality emergency response solutions
An emergency response system (ERS) configured to acquire target terminal location data, emergency responder terminal location data, and equipment location data, engage a camera component of the emergency responder terminal to capture images of at least a portion of the surrounding real-world scene, providing such images for display on the touchscreen display of the emergency responder terminal, together with a selectable display object associated with a registered user that is further associated with the target terminal. Upon selection of the display object, details about the associated registered user may be displayed on the display of the emergency responder terminal.
PSAP/PUBLIC RESPONDER NETWORK INTEGRATIONS
A variety of dispatcher user interfaces, communications architectures, methods, apparatus, APIs and protocols are described that can help facilitate the integration of volunteer responder networks into the workflows of PSAP dispatchers. In one aspect, a dispatcher user interface facilitates activation of the volunteer responder network, as well as tracking and/or communicating notes to medical devices such as AEDs in the responder network that have accepted an incident.
Protective shield with display
A portable protection apparatus includes a protective shield, a handle, a rechargeable battery, electrical circuitry configured to be powered by the rechargeable battery, and a first display element positioned on a first side of the protective shield. The first display element is configured to selectively display an instructional message when directed by the electrical circuitry, wherein the first display element is configured to be visible at a distance from the first side of the protective shield. The portable protection apparatus also includes a second display element positioned on a second side of the protective shield configured to display the instructional message to the user holding the protective shield.
AN INTEGRATED END TO END SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR ACCIDENT AND MEDICAL EMERGENCY RESPONSE
An integrated end to end system and method for accident and medical emergency response are disclosed. The system includes a registration subsystem configured to register one or more entities, an emergency determining subsystem configured to determine one or more emergencies, a healthcare service selection subsystem configured to enable the one or more affected users to select one or more healthcare, a healthcare service provider connecting subsystem configured to connect the one or more healthcare service providers to the one or more affected users, a referral subsystem configured to refer the one or more affected users from one or more rural areas (a primary health centre) to a secondary health centre and from the secondary health centre to a tertiary health centre, a payment receiving subsystem configured to receive a payment from the one or more affected users via the payment card shared within a family as a family tree profile.
Systems and methods for emergency event capture
An emergency event system may allow for the capture of emergency event data in real time. Users may be able to initiate capture when they believe they are in an emergency event, such as an assault, a robbery, a shooting, an automobile accident, or other threatening situation. In some aspects, when an emergency event is initiated, notifications may be sent out to third parties, such as emergency contact list or emergency response teams. Captured emergency event data may be transmitted and stored in an emergency event database, which may be accessible to third parties and third-party systems, such as for law enforcement. An emergency event capture device may comprise multiple cameras that may concurrently capture media.
HOME OCCUPANCY INFORMATION SYSTEM
A home occupancy status and information system may be used to track information about human and animal occupants within a structure, and provide information to first responders in the event of an emergency. A rescue beacon may be positioned near an entrance to a home, and when an audible alarm or alarm signal is detected by the beacon it will provide visual alerts and/or audible alerts to attract the attention of a first responder, and will provide information on occupants in the home, such as a number of pets, a number of humans, and other information. A rescue device may also be carried by each pet or other occupant in the house, which may be activated by a wireless signal from a rescue beacon, or by a detected alarm audio/signal. When activated, the rescue device will provide audible and/or visual alerts to aid first responders in locating the occupant.
Integrated emergency response and data network
One example method of operation may include identifying an emergency location based on a received emergency communication, determining enhanced information is available in a memory for the emergency location, retrieving the enhanced information, and forwarding the enhanced information to one or more emergency service entities and one or more registered devices located at the emergency location.
Safety warning system
A safety warning system including at least one sensor or sensor system to detect an abnormal safety situation relative to a safety zone, at least one network transmitter associated with the at least one sensor or sensor system, at least one controller associated with the at least one sensor or sensor system to receive information from the at least one sensor or sensor system and issue an alert signal based on a comparison of the information received and a safety setpoint, the alert signal issued over a safety zone network, and at least one wearable unit provided for each user in the safety zone, the wearable unit providing at least a tactile alert to the user based on the comparison to warn the user of the occurrence of an abnormal safety situation within the safety zone.
