Emergency signaling system
An emergency signaling system is disclosed. The system includes a receptacle and a painting device. The painting device is covered in a paint material and stored in the receptacle. The receptacle can be used to launch the painting device onto a surface, such as a roof, in the event that a user needs to signal a search and rescue team or anyone near their present location. The painting device, upon contact with a surface, creates a painted signal. The painted signal can have different shapes according to the shape of the painting device. The painting device can include weight members or flexible frame members to facilitate opening the painting device from a closed or folded configuration to a fully open configuration once the painting device has been launched from the receptacle.
Emergency response and crime-reducing lighting system
A lighting assembly is configured to create an emergency notification. The lighting assembly has a housing with a housing first surface and a housing second surface. A plurality of strobe lights is arranged into at least one row and at least four columns. A direct current power system is joined to the plurality of strobe lights and further comprising a printed circuit board electrically coupled to radio frequency relay switch, and a battery. A wireless remote is communicatively coupled to the radio frequency relay switch. Activating the wireless remote directs the printed circuit board to provide power to the plurality of strobe lights creating the emergency notification.
Signal device for maritime distress rescue and surveillance device for maritime distress rescue
A signal device for maritime distress rescue and a surveillance device for maritime distress rescue are provided. The signal device for maritime distress rescue which is carried by a user aboard a vessel may include a first communicator configured to communicate with a surveillance device for maritime distress rescue of the vessel, a first position detector configured to generate first position information of the signal device at a predetermined time interval, and a first controller configured to receive second position information of the surveillance device from the surveillance device at a predetermined time interval and determine whether the first position information is within a safe area of the vessel that is set on the basis of the second position information. Accordingly, when a distress occurs, it is possible to transmit a distress signal without operating a switch while minimizing power consumption of the signal device.
DISTRESS SIGNAL SYSTEM FOR SEA VESSELS AND A METHOD THEREFOR
A distress signal system for a sea vessel comprises several navigation lights (11, 12, 13, 14, 15), which are connected in an electrical circuit and arranged to emit a steady light in different directions in a normal operating state. The distress signal system comprises a control means (28, 30) connected to the electrical circuit which in a distress signal state is arranged to vary the current to the navigation lights (11, 12, 13, 14, 15) in order to vary the light emission therefrom in accordance with a distress signal, such as SOS. A manually actuatable actuator (24) is connected to the control means (28, 30) to activate or deactivate the distress signal state. A light activating means (26) is arranged to provide a varied power supply to the navigation lights (11, 12, 13, 14, 15) in connection with activating the distress state, regardless of whether these are in operating state or not. Such a distress signal system can be provided by connecting a separate distress signal unit comprising a control means to the navigation lights of a sea vessel.
EMERGENCY RESPONSE AND CRIME-REDUCING LIGHTING SYSTEM
A lighting assembly is configured to create an emergency notification. The lighting assembly has a housing with a housing first surface and a housing second surface. A plurality of strobe lights and/or light emitting diodes (LEDs) is arranged into at least one row and at least four columns. A direct current power system is joined to the plurality of lights and further comprising a printed circuit board electrically coupled to radio frequency relay switch, and a battery. A wireless remote is communicatively coupled to the radio frequency relay switch. Activating the wireless remote directs the printed circuit board to provide power to the plurality of lights creating the emergency notification.
Inflatable radar signal device
An inflatable RADAR signal device that is capable of rising above the surface of the water when deployed and that reflects RADAR emissions. The signal device is a self-contained, small, independent system that can withstand being present in a maritime environment, including being submerged in the water and/or being located on a vessel in the water, for an extended amount of time. The device includes a housing that houses one or more deflated balloons that are constructed of a material that, when inflated, rise above the level of the water and that reflect RADAR emissions. The device includes at least one gas cylinder for inflating the balloon(s), and a mechanism to trigger release of the balloon(s) from the housing including a mechanism to trigger release of the gas from the gas cylinder(s) to inflate the balloon(s).
Mobile Emergency Light Device
A mobile emergency light device includes a casing (1), a moving closure cover (2), a translucent lens (3), an electronic circuit board (5) for control, and a combined reflector (4), in which the combined reflector (4) has an inverted bell shape and is open at both ends, in which the electronic circuit board is securely connected to the combined reflector (4), and provided with a plurality of light-emitting diodes (LED), suitably angled towards the combined reflector (4), and in which the casing (1) forms inside this a cylindrical cavity (13), whose interior houses an automatic switch, driven by the base of the casing approaching a ferromagnetic material.
Location detector kit
A location detector kit having a pouch with a cartridge containing a gas and the cartridge having a gas-release-activator, when the cartridge releases the gas through a gas straw on the cartridge, a rip cord is pulled from the outside of the pouch to release the gas, a deflated balloon then connects to the gas straw of the cartridge, when the balloon is inflated and rises above the pouch, the gas-release-activator breaks to allow the balloon to be fully deployed above the pouch, the cartridge is secured to the cable, and rises with the cable as the balloon rises and pulls the cable upward.
BEACON SYSTEM
An example beacon system includes a housing, a laser module at least partly retained within the housing, and a controller operable to control the laser module.
System for providing location alerts relating to emergencies
Disclosed is a system for generating alerts communicated to emergency responders and/or contacts indicating a location of an incident. The system comprises a housing, one or more light sources, and a computing processor. A switch is located in the housing and configured to be accessible to a user. When the switch is actuated by a user indicating an incident, the processor provides power to the at least one light source to output light from the housing thereby indicating the location of the system. The system may also control a speaker to output an audible signal and a transmitter to transmit an emergency signal with location information to a device of an emergency responder and/or an emergency contact. The present invention may also be embodied in a software application that is implemented on a mobile device to thereby leverage the components of the mobile device to send alerts.
