Method and apparatus for presenting audio and visual information to an audience by streaming, broadcast, live and recording presentations including a generally transparent pane having one end disposed proximate an end of a reflective pane to form an apex with an acute angle. In use an imaging device is disposed between the generally transparent pane and the reflective pane and oriented to image a reflection of the generally transparent pane off of the reflective pane. In operation a lecturer positions themselves in front of the generally transparent pane and performs an audio and visual presentation by writing written material on the surface of the generally transparent pane facing the lecturer. The imaging device, imaging a reflection of the generally transparent pane off the reflective pane, images a left-to-right reversal of the writing on the generally transparent pane thereby rendering it readable by a viewer.

System and method for automatically attaching a tag and highlight in a single action

A system and methods are disclosed for enabling users to attach a tag and highlight in a single action or activity to a select piece or portion of text in digital content (e.g., in a digital book or other content provided for viewing on an electronic device). In some implementations, the teacher may associate a tag with a particular text in the assignment, push the assignment embedding the tag to one or more students, and the tag becomes automatically visible to the one or more students through their highlight menu when they open up the assignment for completion. In some implementations, with this single activity, users may easily share tasks, comments etc., with ease. One or more other activities are also used among teachers and students to create and execute assignments with efficiency.

SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR CONTEXTUAL PARTICIPATION FOR REMOTE EVENTS

Aspects of the subject disclosure may include, for example, engaging in first communications between a device and a first user device, the first communications comprising a first visual representation sent from the first user device to the device of first actions performed by a first user; engaging in second communications between the device and a second user device, the second communications comprising a second visual representation sent from the second user device to the device of second actions performed by a second user, the second communications occurring substantially simultaneously with the first communications; making a first determination via machine learning, based at least in part upon the first visual representation, whether performance of a first task by the first user has been completed; making a second determination via the machine learning, based at least in part upon the second visual representation, whether performance of the first task by the second user has been completed; responsive to the first determination being that the performance of the first task by the first user has been completed, prompting an instructor to provide an indication of a next task to be performed by the first user; and responsive to the second determination being that the performance of the first task by the second user has not been completed, prompting the instructor to provide additional instructions to the second user to aid the second user in performing the first task. Other embodiments are disclosed.

SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR DYNAMICALLY GROUPING LEARNERS DURING A LIVE LEARNING SESSION

A system for dynamically grouping a plurality of learners during a live learning session delivered via an online learning platform is presented. The system includes a data module and a processor operatively coupled to the data module. The processor includes a feature generator, a parameter analyzer, a group optimizer, and a reassignment module. A related method is also presented.

SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR SPORTS AND MOVEMENT TRAINING

A platform for interactive sports and movement training is disclosed. The platform allows a trainer to: upload a step-by-step training video for a challenge via a trainer user interface for access by a plurality of trainees; receive videos of individual trainees performing the steps of the training video; provide feedback to the trainees regarding how they can improve their performance associated with each of the steps of the training video; and indicate when a trainee can access a next step in the step-by-step training, until all movements have been mastered. The platform allows a user to access a first step of a step-by-step training video via a user interface; upload a video of the user performing the first step; receive feedback, via the user interface, from a trainer; and when the feedback indicates that the user is ready, access a next step of the training video.

VR education system

A VR education system includes a teaching plan storage unit that stores the teaching plan for each lecture including lecture information and at least one keyword and key image, an instructor evaluation unit that converts the instructor's voice data, input through the voice module of the instructor's terminal, into text data by speech-to-text processing and compares the converted data with the teaching plan data stored in the teaching plan storage unit, an instructor recommendation unit that generates an instructor list in the order of matching rate, from highest to lowest, based on the matching rates calculated by the instructor evaluation unit, a lecture providing unit that provides the lecture of an instructor, selected from the instructor list from a trainee terminal, to the trainee terminal, and a lecture monitoring unit that monitors lectures in progress to detect any event that may occur during the lecture.
