Unit consisting of the combination of a frame having at least one lateral slot and an image, the image being formed by—a first portion, referred to as the ‘intra-frame portion’, with a surface that is same as or smaller than the surface defined by the frame, and by—at least one second portion, referred to as the ‘extra-frame’ portion, forming an extension of the first portion that emerges out of the frame, the image being designed to be removably inserted into the frame through the slot in such a way that the intra-frame portion is arranged in an area defined by the frame and the extra-frame portion is arranged in an area outside the frame.

An advertising medium includes a frame enclosing a traffic signal control cabinet. Tie rods extend between lock devices, which are secured to rails of the frame such that removing the frame from its position around the cabinet is prevented. As a result, advertising material may be secured to a traffic signal control cabinet without intruding upon or modifying the cabinet.

A self-illuminated shadow box for containing mementos or the like includes a box that has an upright metallic back wall panel for attaching magnets, a transparent door spaced from the upright metallic back wall panel, a roof extending over the metallic back wall panel and the transparent wall, and a solar energized light emitting diode mounted on the roof and directed toward the metallic back wall.

A display system for coupling to visual communication products has a frame and a display surface, wherein the display system presents a coupling device for coupling to the frame, associated with an accessory that can be manually coupled and decoupled, defining a support. For this purpose, the coupling device presents a flattened body, of a length according to the thickness of the frame, having an end front flange which determines an elbow, and which defines an insertion groove in the profile of the frame, having at its opposite end an elastically deformable rear clipping flange. In this way, the coupling device presents on its front side edge an opening defined by a semi-sphere acting as a positioning pin where the accessory is coupled.

A luminaire includes a housing (102) with an inner cavity a light source (122) mounted to an inner top surface of the housing. The luminaire also includes a door frame (104), wherein the door frame includes a first side rail (108), a second side rail (109), a third side rail (107), and a fourth side rail (110). The four side rails of the door frame define a light emitting opening for the luminaire. A film stack (116) is supported by the door frame and placed in the light emitting opening so that light from the light source passes through the film stack as it is emitted through the light emitting opening. The film stack (116) includes a diffuser film (129) and a photopolymer film (127). The photopolymer film (127) is embossed with optical structures that create a holographic pattern that appears to be three-dimensional.

A status sign has a stencil, a cover, a mounting plate, and a main assembly therebetween. The main assembly comprises a battery and a printed-circuit board having circuitry for controlling light emitted from the main assembly. The stencil has openings that provide information indicative of status. The stencil is disposed to be illuminated when slid between the main assembly such that light from the main assembly passes through the openings and renders the information visible.

A wireless lighting device for vehicle accessories includes a signal transmitter and an encapsulated light board. The light board includes a unitary baseplate, a backlight module, a power module, and a top cover. A system for simultaneously producing immersive visual effects on an inside of an enclosure and passive visual effects to be viewed from the outside of the enclosure. The enclosure includes a plurality of sidewalls each having a reflective inner surface facing one other. The system includes a digital video display positioned to direct digital video imagery through the semi-reflective sidewall and into the enclosure. Light of the digital video imagery reflects off the reflective inner surfaces of plurality of sidewalls, which allow a percentage of the light to leave the enclosure, making the visual effects observable from the outside. The light will continue this cycle of reflection and transmission, creating an observable infinity effect from the outside, and an entirely enclosed visual experience from the inside.

A trim element having an outer surface that is at least partially translucent, the outer surface defining a main display surface and a peripheral display surface, the peripheral display surface extending around at least a portion of the main display surface, a screen of a display device extending opposite the main display surface. The trim member includes an illumination device having a luminous sheet extending opposite the main display surface and the peripheral display surface so as to emit at least a first luminous signal onto the screen and at least a second luminous signal illuminating at least a portion of the peripheral display surface when the luminous sheet is activated.

A trim element having a display area defined by a display device, and an edge piece that includes a peripheral area extending around at least part of the display area, the peripheral area being at least partly translucent, the display area and the peripheral area forming at least a part of an outer surface of the trim element. The trim element further includes an illumination device arranged to illuminate the display device to display images on the display area. The illumination device has a luminous sheet extending at least facing the display area and the peripheral area of the edge piece.
