An olfactory communication system for generating aroma-based notifications to one or more occupants of a vehicle includes an aroma diffuser that emits aromas into an interior cabin of the vehicle and a controller in electronic communication with the aroma diffuser. The one or more controllers execute instructions to receive a message indicating a specific event is occurring, where the specific event is an occurrence that the one or more occupants experience while in the interior cabin of the vehicle. In response to receiving the message, the one or more controllers determine a customized aroma based on the specific event, where the customized aroma creates an odor that informs the one or more occupants of the specific event. The one or more controllers instruct the aroma diffuser to emit the customized aroma into the interior cabin of the vehicle.

A scented color-changing system for revealing a hidden message, brand, picture, and the like on a substrate such as a paper when a fragrance is applied or released on the substrate. The hidden message contains a color former such as a leuco dye and the fragrance contains a color developer such as zinc chloride that reacts with the color former to reveal the message. The fragrance can be sprayed on the substrate or released from microcapsules embedded in or disposed on the substrate by rupturing the microcapsules. The scented color-changing system is particularly suited for use with fragrance test strips, advertising mailers, magazine inserts, and the like.

The present invention relates to a container with an inner decorative figure and its manufacturing method. The container has a container body having a top cover. The top cover has an outlet neck projecting from the central portion to engage a cap; and, a geometric or amorphous through-peripheral wall in the lower part of the container body. A booster device for an aroma display is able to increase or decrease air flow to carry a scent emitted from an aroma cartridge. The aroma display includes a columnar shape with first and second surfaces and a side surface, an emitting opening to emit a scent is provided on the first surface, and a wind source to emit the scent to an exterior of aroma display is provided in the aroma display. The booster device includes a housing including the aroma display therein, and a fan provided in the housing on the side of the second surface of aroma display. The housing includes a cylindrical outer housing and a holder to hold the aroma display in the housing. The holder holds the aroma display to define an air passage for the wind from the fan between the outer housing and the aroma display.

A method for expressing an image in which a color expression drawing corresponding to the image is created by: a first step in which a subject selects, from among a color sample group that includes color samples including AB types of color samples, S types of color samples that correspond to an image to be visualized, and also assigns a contribution degree p.sub.s for each selected color samples; a second step in which an expression chart of the subject is created by giving a value, that corresponds to the contribution degree p.sub.s assigned in the first step, to the color samples of the color sample group; and a third step in which n subject(s) perform(s) the first step and the second step for the same image, and values corresponding to the contribution degrees included in the expression chart of each of the subjects are summed; wherein the color sample group includes a first system of A kinds of colors and a second system of B kinds of colors, and the color sample group includes a portion arranged in a first direction in order of the first system and, also, arranged in a second direction in order of the second system;
with this method for expressing an image with colors, it is possible to visualize an image such that the burden on the subject is light, reproducibility is high, and the image can be intuitively shared with other people.

The present invention relates to a novel snow globe having an aroma diffuser function, which can obtain indoor air freshening effects without installation of a separate aroma diffuser in the room, the snow globe comprising: a glass globe in which a miniature, a transparent liquid, and white flakes or powder are stored; and a support on which the glass globe is placed, wherein all or a part of the support is formed of an absorbent material, and the portion formed of the absorbent material is impregnated with a fragrance oil.
