DEVICE FOR ATTACHING ITEMS TO SURFACE
The present invention is directed to a device for attaching items to a surface, including attachment devices for attaching the device to the surface and pressure components connected to the attachment device, the pressure component having an upturned lip. The device may comprise a rib on a bottom surface to receive the attachment device such as adhesive, putty, fasteners, magnets, suction cups, etc. Pressure components may be biased toward the surface or a plate. Pressure may be applied between the pressure components and the surface or plate due to a curved lip on the pressure component. The pressure component and plate may be biased toward each other. The device may comprise an attachment core configured to receive the attachment device and attach to the pressure components. The device may include promotional designs or markings, and/or may be configured to hold items in a substantially non-coplanar arrangement with the surface.
Label holder
A system for displaying electronic shelf labels (ESLs) or other devices includes a label holder. The label holder includes a base plate, adhesive, suction cups, and dowels. The base plate has two opposing side upon which an ESL may be adhesively engaged and supported. When supporting a single ESL on only one side of the base plate, the opposite side of the base plate may be equipped with suction cups or front facing dowels with which the label holder may be attached to a surface. When supporting ESLs on both sides of the base plate, dowels may be inserted along perimeter surfaces of the base plate in order to allow the holder to be secured into or onto surfaces having openings capable of receiving the exposed ends of the dowels, such as those constructed of pegboard, etc.
SAVE-A-CHILD WARNING DEVICE
An article of manufacture for providing a warning reminder that human and animal passengers are in the backseat of a vehicle according to the present invention is disclosed. The warning reminder may hang from a string, attach to an inside surface of a vehicle, and attach to a vehicle window to be visible both inside and outside of the vehicle.
Secure grip sign holder
A sign holder grips a sign by pressing gripper jaws against opposite sides of the sign at an edge region of the sign. The sign holder includes a fastener to exert a pressing force on the gripper jaws. A mounting portion on the sign holder mounts onto a front plate of a base. The base may include an under-shelf support configured to attach to an under-side of a shelf, either by a magnet or a clamp. The base may include a plurality of suction cups mounted on a suction cup adapter to which the sign holder may be affixed.
Travel toy
A placard with an image may be placed upon a rod such that a passenger of a vehicle may imagine interactions of the image with the changing surroundings of the vehicle. Ideally, the placard should be clear except of the image which may then appear on both sides of the placard. A hinged suction cup connection to the placard allows for reversibility of the placard and or the placard to continue being held on the window when in use. A tether may also be utilized to secure the placard to the rod.
Advertising panel and method for mounting to a surface
An advertising panel for attaching to a glass door or other surface includes a panel body with a front surface configured for holding advertising material or other display. End caps are mounted on the ends of the panel body. Each end cap includes two arms extending into a channel in the panel body. The arms include grasping portions that receive a square stem of a suction cup. The suction cup extends out of the channel at a slot that is open at the back of the panel body. The cup portion of the suction cups is enclosed behind the panel body when attached to the surface. A release tab of each suction cup extends from the panel body at cut out portions of the end caps. The arm lengths maintain the release tabs at a position extending from the end caps and prevent rotation of the suction cups.
