Ground mounting systems and methods for interactive property advertising devices
A ground mounting system for supporting a post includes a sleeve configured to receive the post therein, a plate secured to the sleeve and defining at least one slot therethrough, an auger positioned to extend from the plate to secure the plate to the ground, and at least one stake receivable within the at least one slot to facilitate securement of the plate to the ground.

GROUND MOUNTING SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR INTERACTIVE PROPERTY ADVERTISING DEVICES
This disclosure provides a system for interactive property advertising. The system includes a headpiece, a motion detector apparatus, a rechargeable battery, and a post. The headpiece includes a solar charging system and a display configured to display advertising on a property. The motion detector apparatus is configured to detect a user based on motion relative to the headpiece and communicate with a contact associated with the property from a predetermined contact list. The solar charging system is configured to charge the battery.
Rigid banner support assembly and system
A rigid banner support assembly is provided. The rigid banner support assembly comprises: an external arm having an open cavity and connectable to a support member; an internal arm located within the open cavity and connectable to a rigid banner; and at least one biasing member connecting the internal arm to the external arm and configured to permit vertical movement of the internal arm with respect to the external arm in response to a force.
Sign holding assembly
A sign holding assembly includes a base that has a back side, a front side and a perimeter edge extending between the inner and front sides. The perimeter edge includes a top edge, a bottom edge, a first lateral edge and a second lateral edge. The back side is concavely arcuate from the first lateral edge to the second lateral edge. A receiver is attached to and extends away from the front side. The receiver receives and engages a sign such that the sign extends outwardly away from the front side. A strap is attached to the base and is extendable around a vertical support to releasably secure the base to the vertical support such that the inner surface faces the vertical support.
Signage System for Attaching a Low Cost Sign to a Ground Post
A signage system that is used to mount a sign atop a post so that the sign is higher than the post. A wire frame connects the sign to the top of a post. The wire frame has support sections that extend into a sign through the bottom edge of the sign. The wire frame also has mounting sections that extend away from the sign and are sized and shaped to engage the open top end of a post. The wire frame further includes lateral sections that extend between the support sections and the mounting sections. The lateral sections are aligned along a common line that runs parallel to the bottom edge of the sign. The support sections, lateral sections, and mounting sections are all coplanar.

Sign post and sign system
A sign post and sign system comprising a base may be connected to a vertical post. A four-way connector may attach horizontal stems to the vertical post. Rotatable or non-rotatable fasteners may be positioned on the upper or lower side of the horizontal stems. Rotatable fasteners may be connected to the horizontal stems to support rotation of a connected sign in an axis parallel to the horizontal stems. A one piece or two-piece cap design may be connected to the four-way connector. Lights, wiring, batteries, and/or a solar panel may be integrated into the sign system. A sign may be attached between the vertical post and the horizontal post to support rotation of the connected sign in an axis parallel to the vertical post. Rotatable fasteners may be connected to the horizontal stems to support rotation of a connected sign in an axis parallel to the horizontal stems.
Wind Release Light Pole Signs
The light pole sign system is intended to provide users with sign system that is more durable, easier to install, and with wind release capability. To accomplish this, the device includes a lower signage holder, an upper signage holder, and a sign board. Each of the signage holders mount directly to a light pole with hose clamps and are spaced apart to fit the sign board in between. The device further incorporates swivel arms, which enable the sign board to pivot about an off-center pivot point. Springs are used to keep the sign board in its resting position. When the wind kicks up, the springs and off-center pivot point turn the sign board enough to release the wind pressure exerted on the sign and continue to do so until the pressure subsides. Once the wind subsides, the spring tension returns the sign board back to its original resting position.
