Cross Street Banner Suspension System
A connection assembly for connecting a banner to an upper support line, a lower support line, and a first tensioning line of a banner support system supporting a banner, the connection assembly comprising first and second lateral lines attached to the first tensioning line of the banner support system, an upper support line connection portion connecting the first lateral line to both an upper corner of the banner and the upper support line, the upper support line connection portion being slidably coupled to the upper support line, and a lower support line connection portion connecting the second lateral line to both a lower corner of the banner and the lower support line, the lower support line connection portion being slidably coupled to the lower support line, and the lower support line connection portion being operable to allow the lower corner of the banner to rotate away from the lower support line and to return back toward the lower support line
Wire Fence Marker
A wire fence marker which attaches to a fence wire or cable via one or more slots and which is secured to the fence via fasteners attached to the marker body.
Method and Tool to Indicate the Location of Hazards at Job Sites
Systems and methods are disclosed herein for a device and a method allowing a quick connect elevated sign attachment device, which allows a technician to affix without the use of a ladder in most instances with the use of a reacher tool. This device can be used to mark the locations of important or noteworthy services or hazards at a construction site, like a sprinkler head. The core components of the invention are a layered, flexible stainless steel bistable spring bands sealed within a reflective plastic cover, which, generally speaking, are configured as follows: 5½-inch-long steel bands with one hole at end allowing for a connection chain. The chain is separately attached to a banner, indicator or safety color banner. In order to carry out the method the core steps include technician, standing on the ground and using a reachers tool, extension arm gripper, pinches the unit with the chained banner side facing down and in a slap motion attaches the reflective band onto a pipe in the exposed ceiling. Ultimately, at the conclusion of these steps, a marker has an aerial attachment, regardless of the direction of the pipe, that can be viewed from a distance away from the location, since the banner hangs suspended from a chain. the purpose is used for indicating to construction workers and safety pros the location of hazards to avoid when near the area. The quick connect and release of the marker can be successfully completed from the ground and no ladder necessary was long as they are able to reach the object needing a marker or have possession of a reachers tool to hold the slaptagz to attach or remove to the intended pipe, line or coated wire.
WINCH FOR POSTER HOARDING
A winch for a poster hoarding comprising a cable management system, the cable management system comprising a plurality of spaced cable guides spaced around a perimeter portion of the poster hoarding, a primary length of cable having a portion that will extend around cable guides around that perimeter when a poster is fitted and tightened within the hoarding, and a cable tightening mechanism for tightening the poster when fitted. The cable tightening mechanism comprises the winch by which a cable tensioning part can be pulled, either directly or indirectly, for tightening the primary cable length between the adjacent cable guides.
LOCKING CLAMP
A locking clamp for use in a cable system for stretching a sheet across a surface and maintaining it under tension, the locking clamp having a base member defining a first grasping surface; an elongate tongue member rotatively coupled to a first portion of the base member and defining a second grasping surface, and a locking member that is rotatively coupled to a second portion of the base member and that is configured to selectively rotate the tongue member to urge at least a portion of the second grasping surface of the tongue member into engageable contact with the first grasping surface of the base member. The base member of the locking clamp also has a hook configured to removably engage a cable of a tensioning system.
CABLE CONVEYANCE SYSTEMS INCORPORATING ELECTRONIC VISUAL DISPLAYS
A cable conveyance system includes first and second rails, a plurality of cable-retaining supports, and incorporates one or more electronic visual displays. Thus, the cable conveyance system enables utilization of the cable conveyance structures for the display of relevant information, advertisements, etc.
Hanging assembly and display apparatus having the same
A hanging assembly includes at least one flexible hanging cable, at least one first fixing component, and a frame. The flexible hanging cable includes a power wire and a hanging wire combined with each other. The first fixing component is connected to the flexible hanging cable and adapted to be fixed at a fixed position. The frame is adapted to be fixed at the fixed position, and the at least one first fixing component is adapted to be fixed on the frame. In addition, a display apparatus applying the hanging assembly is also provided.
