Rotating ring
The present disclosure belongs to the technical field of flagpoles, and in particular relates to a rotating ring, including a flagpole and two fixing sleeves; the two fixing sleeves are arranged outside the flagpole; each of the fixing sleeves is provided with a cover, the cover is slidably connected with the flagpole; a rotating ring body is rotatably connected to the outside of the cover, and a threaded fixing ring is in threaded connection with the outside of the cover; and the threaded fixing ring is in contact with the rotating ring body. Two groups of fixing sleeves, covers, rotating ring bodies, threaded fixing rings, balls, hanging lugs, positioning holes, external threads and other components are designed on a cylinder The two hanging lugs are used for hanging a flag. Therefore, when wind blows, the rotating ring bodies can rotate to prevent the flag from wrapping around the flagpole.
Flag pole mechanism
This present invention relates to a unique flag pole and flag hoisting system capable of displaying a fully-expanded flag despite the lack of wind, and features two hinge connected rods that attach to the top and side edge of a flag, and utilizes a pulley system to expand and secure the flag in place. The system is adjustable to half-mast or any other height along the flag pole as desired, and offers a simple, convenient, and effective method of displaying any type of flag.
A Flag Assembly for Mitigating against Flag Entanglement and a Method of Assembly Thereof
There is provided a flag assembly for mitigating against flag entanglement. The flag assembly comprises a flagpole assembly, the flagpole assembly having a fixed portion for fastening to a mount; a rotating coupling fastened to the fixed portion; and a rotating portion fastened to the rotating coupling such that the rotating coupling is able to rotate with respect to the fixed portion in use and a flag fastened to the rotating portion such that, in use, the fixed portion remains static while the rotating portion is able to rotate through 360 degrees under multidirectional wind force so as to mitigating against the entanglement of the flag about the flagpole assembly; wherein the rotating portion comprises an axial slot configured to allow the fastening of a portion of the flag to an interior of the rotating portion.
Retractable Banner Stanchion Assembly
A portable, non-anchored support structure for positioning a retractable banner assembly and selectively deploying the assembly on a walking surface, comprises a base member and a stanchion supported by the base member in an upright position, wherein the stanchion orients the banner assembly in an upright position substantially normal to the walking surface.
Directional utility location marker
A flag type warning marker consisting of two parts—a flag supported by a uniquely shaped flagstaff to be inserted into the ground directly above underground utility lines to mark their location. By the unique shape of the flagstaff, the marker also indicates the direction or path of the utility lines. The flagstaff includes one C-shaped offset segment projecting outwardly from the vertical flagstaff in the direction of the associated utility lines path. In another embodiment of the invention, there are two separate offset segments oriented at ninety degrees to one another to designate a ninety degree corner of the utility lines below. Another offset segment of the flagstaff near the lower end of the staff can be added and be partially embedded into the ground to anchor the marker in order to prevent it from rotation after installation, thus maintaining the integrity of the directional indication.
Tangle-Free Flag
A tangle-free flag or banner that incorporates anti-fall back feature[s] that incorporates a weighted and flexible fly hem that is integrally built into the flag/banner that acts as a stabilizing keel. This design implementation provides much greater self-righting capabilities and prevents tangling and furling by taking advantage of the external forces of gravity in concert with the nature of the lift created by the wind and its attendant forces.
Flag display apparatus
A flag display apparatus includes a frame comprising first and second support legs having upper and lower opposed ends when placed for display. A horizontal support member having a predetermined length can be connected to the upper end of the first and second support legs. A flag or banner having a predetermined length is attached to and supported by the frame. The predetermined length of the horizontal support member is less than the length of the flag or banner so that a portion of the flag or banner extends beyond the first or second support leg thereby providing a first portion of the flag or banner that is unfurled and a second portion of the flag or banner that is at least partially furled in the absence of wind moving across the flag.
WIND ADJUSTABLE FLAG POLE
A flag pole for rotating during windy climate and thus preventing a flag from being tangled and/or wrapped around the flag pole. The flag pole has a plurality of sections, each of which has a first end and a second end. Each of the first ends of the plurality of sections being an insertion end and each of the second ends of the plurality of sections being a receiving end. A truck has a top and a first end and the first end of the truck is a receiving end. A base coupling the flag pole to a surface. The base has a coupler and a plate. The first end of the truck is coupled to the first end of a first of the plurality of sections. The first end of a second of the plurality of sections is coupled to the second end of the first of the plurality of sections. The second end of the second of the plurality of sections is coupled to the first end of a third section of the plurality of sections. At least one of the first end of the second of the plurality of sections and the first end of the third of the plurality of sections having at least one ball bearing.
Flag display device
A flag display device (1) used for fully displaying a flag regardless of the presence of wind and/or in the dark. The flag display device supports a preferably interchangeable display panel (3) extending between a top horizontal support arm (7) and a bottom horizontal support arm (8) that each extend perpendicularly from a vertical mast (4). At least one display light source (22) illuminates the display panel at night.
