HORSE INFORMATION AND IDENTIFICATION SYSTEM
Systems and devices in accordance with embodiments provide one or more tags for use with horses and/or riders, to provide readily-visible and accessible horse or rider information. For example, a horse tag is configured to be semi-permanently affixed to a portion of a mane and includes one or more strips of fluorescent material and/or a reflective, recognizable symbol indicating information about the horse is available.

Tag anchor and method of use
A tag anchor comprises an elastic loop having opposed outer and inner surfaces and an elastic anchor that extends radially from the elastic loop. The anchor includes a shank that extends from one of the outer and inner surfaces and a pair of opposed arms that extend laterally from the shank toward the elastic loop and which are sized to not contact one of the surfaces when deflected toward the shank. The anchor further includes a crown that extends radially from the shank.

RETAIL SIGNAGE FIXTURE ATTACHMENT
The present invention is an improvement for retail customer experience. Stores that use an Electronic Shelf Label to displays a price (also known as ESL) need an apparatus to draw a customer's attention to products on sale or promoted. The invention is a flag for indicia that quickly attaches to ESLs with an elastic. The flag's indicia increases the ESL's visibility to shoppers and store personnel, and makes the product more noticeable. The flag can be made out of one piece of material or two, and can accommodate indicia. The flag can also incorporate a mechanical gripper to hold indicia. The flag can be installed or removed very simply with one hand, and self-adjusts to be congruent to the ESL, without any obstructions that would cause the flag to be dislodged by an accidental bump from a shopper or cart. The flag can be made of any printable material.
Seal assembly for utility meter and associated methods
Disclosed is a seal assembly for a utility meter enclosure. The seal assembly secures together a front cover and a base of the utility meter enclosure in a way that requires breaking of the seal assembly in order to open the utility meter enclosure. As such, the seal assembly provides an indication if the utility meter enclosure has been opened or tampered with.

VEHICLE IDENTIFICATION KEYCHAIN TAG APPARATUS
A vehicle identification keychain tag apparatus for tagging keys with full vehicle details includes a tag body having a tag front side, a tag back side, a tag top edge, a tag bottom edge, a tag left edge, and a tag right edge. The tag body has at least one keychain aperture extending from the tag front side through the tag back side to selectively engage a keychain. A plurality of information fields is coupled to the tag front side and defines areas to receive written vehicle information. A protector is coupled to the tag body. The protector is foldably coupled to the tag right edge and has an adhesive protector inner face. The protector inner face is adhered to the tag front side once the plurality of information fields has been filled. A backing is coupled to the protector and is selectively engageable with the protector inner face.
