The internal space of the resulting poster device is moisture tight.

A method of making signs includes printing selected visual content on a surface of material. Punch holes along at least two outer edges of the material. A coating structure of a blackout advertising cloth, comprising: a warp knitted mesh fabric; a front layer, which is an adhesive slurry layer made of polyacrylic resin as main component mixed with fireproof agent and waterproof agent, the adhesive slurry layer is coated on the front surface of the warp knitted mesh fabric for the slurry penetrating the meshes, so that the warp knitted mesh fabric and the front layer are firmly bonded; and a rear blackout layer, which is a shading slurry layer made of acrylic resin as main component mixed with blackout material, the rear blackout layer is coated on the rear surface, so that the warp knitted mesh fabric and the rear blackout layer are firmly bonded, and further form a coating structure of the blackout advertising cloth.

A flexible fade resistant posted marker sign based on a flexible substrate and fade resistant coating that can bend to lock onto a studded flanged post by positioning the sign ends between the studs on the post with the body arching across and over middle studs on the post with the sign being wide enough to span across the flanges of the post and be secured with wire passing through holes positioned to place the wire at the sides of the width of the post to inhibit vertical, horizontal, and twisting movement of the sign while still maintaining a continuous center section of the sign for use as a colored warning blaze.

A low drag outdoor media façade display for mounting on a structure susceptible to instability when exposed to strong winds, having an array of radiating elements thinly dispersed about the façade area, held by an array of thin suspension elements, the elements are spaced apart leaving gaps, such that the total surface area of the elements is smaller than the total area of the façade display. A tilting mechanism, active or passive, is operational for tilting the façade display or at least one element thereof. The passive mechanism allows free tilt in response to wind blow, and the elements may include tails. The active mechanism is operational for altering wind load drag profile of the façade display to accommodate wind conditions. The display may be inflatable or collapsible sail-like. A display featuring a liquid spray curtain for refracting or reflecting light projections is a further measure for reducing wind load.
