LIGHTING APPARATUS FOR VEHICLE AND CONTROL METHOD THEREOF
A control method of a lighting apparatus for a vehicle may include: sensing, by a sensing unit, a distance between the vehicle and a pedestrian; determining, by a control unit, whether the distance between the vehicle and the pedestrian falls within a first distance; determining, by the control unit, a walking direction of the pedestrian when the distance between the vehicle and the pedestrian falls within the first distance; and indicating, by the control unit, the walking direction to the pedestrian by operating a plurality of flap units.
Secure tactile display systems
In certain embodiments, secure data presentation may be facilitated for a tactile system. In some embodiments, the tactile system may include a display having carbon nanotube-based components having a surface that absorbs at least 96% of visible light. The tactile system may obtain tactile data and present the tactile data on the display by adjusting one or more positions of the carbon nanotube-based components based on the tactile data. In some embodiments, the tactile system may obtain environmental data (e.g., lighting data, presence data, etc.) for an environment (in which the display is located) and perform the adjustment of the positions of the carbon nanotube-based components based on (i) the tactile data and (ii) the environmental data.
Manufacturing for display panel
The present application discloses a manufacturing device for a display panel. The manufacturing device for the display panel includes a base; at least one transfer mechanism, fixedly disposed on the base; and at least one detecting mechanism, fixedly disposed, on the base; a control mechanism is disposed in the base, the control mechanism controls the transfer mechanism and the detecting mechanism, and a set height of the detecting mechanism is smaller than that of the transfer mechanism.

Layered electro-magnetic refreshable braille display device and braille reader
The present invention discloses a layered electro-magnetic refreshable braille display device and braille reader. The layered electro-magnetic refreshable braille display device includes three layers of braille display modules and a touch panel. Each braille display module includes 5 plates and a plurality of tactile pin driving mechanisms for driving the “up” and “down” of the braille dots. One or more lines of braille cells are arranged on the touch panel. Each line of braille cells displays a plurality of braille characters. A microprocessor is connected to a braille translation module, a voice playing module and an interaction controller respectively, wherein the interaction controller is connected to the braille display device, to form the braille reader. This device can display one or more lines of braille characters by relying on the electro-magnetic principle. It boasts real-time refreshing of the braille, synchronization of braille display and voice playing.

Refreshable braille display
A refreshable braille display device is provided comprising a plurality of Braille pins running through a perforated body of the reader, the pins arranged in the spacing and order of Braille dots of standard Braille cells. The Braille reader may be coupled to a device for Braille text generation via selective hammering or impacting of Braille pins. From a default position where all pins of the reader are raised relative to a first, front surface of the reader, one or more pins are selectively impacted in a sequence to create a Braille pattern of raised and lowered pins based on a desired text conversion.

Presentation system with movable display devices
The present system and method provides for a new digital media paradigm enabling tight choreography of motion, content and, time able to be presented on a variety of hardware platforms consisting of robotic control of a multiplicity of display screens in the form of a movable array of 2 or more LCDs, LEDs, OLEDs, etc., with the movement and placement of each display achieved by one multi-axis manipulator arm mechanism. Motion control is achieved through software programmed onto one or more controller systems, and the corresponding tools necessary for creative visual designers to produce content meeting this new paradigm are also proposed. Each arm/display screen combination is kept aware of its positioning in physical space, relative to the positioning of each and every other arm/display screen at all times, in order to prevent collisions. The pre-programmed software control takes the form of a choreographed playlist of movements, content, and time that match the desired positioning of the array of display screens, in order to achieve the desired dynamic presentation of custom-produced digital content that will be presented across the array, in a fully coordinated fashion.
