MXTZ (Music Exponentially Transformed Through Time)
Music instrument and information digital mute system, for capture, processing, and conversion of sound from analog to digital signals using central processing unit (CPU) microcontroller, Bluetooth and Wi-Fi microcontrollers, sound image localization filter, global positioning and geographic information systems, universal serial bus (USB) module, and battery. Mute body is positioned in close proximity to bell or horn, body and/or voice at proximal end and/or configured to occlude sound source. Acoustically designed inner chamber within mute body captures acoustical variations of air pressure. Microphone positioned at distal end of mute, and proximal end of CB position in mute with digital signal processor (DSP) that captures, processes, converts, and transmits digital sound and data. CPU manages and controls components and modules of CB. Bluetooth and Wi-Fi microcontrollers configured to receive and send signals to and from other technological devices, components, and systems (cellphones, tablets, computers, earplugs, smart televisions, server, and cloud platforms). USB module configured to receive and send digital signals, supply power to CB, and charge and recharge battery.

MUSICAL INSTRUMENT THERAPY DEVICE
A musical instrument therapy device for providing strengthening therapy for sleep apnea treatment. Utilization of the device can help to strengthen the user's muscles of the throat and tongue, which can help the user to maintain an open airway during sleep (reduce airway collapse) and prevent airway blockages, thereby reducing the chance of obstructed breathing during sleep. The musical instrument therapy device comprises: a tubular body defining an air column; a mouthpiece located at a first end of the tubular body configured to receive a blow input; a mute located at a second end of the tubular body configured to mute the blow input; a plurality of sensors configured to obtain measurements associated with the blow input; a processing unit configured to make one or more determinations associated with blow input based on the obtained measurements; and an indicator configured to display an indication of the one or more determinations.
MUTE
The present disclosure provides a mute, belongs to a field of musical instruments, the mute includes a mute body, the mute body is narrow at top and wide at bottom, and is in a shape of a gourd, the mute body includes an inlet half-body and an outlet half-body, a surface of the mute body is patterned, and the surface of the mute body is sanded and polished to form a smooth surface, a surface of the inlet half-body is bonded with a plurality of elastic members.

Musical instrument mute retention assembly with perpendicular mounting flange
A musical instrument mute retention assembly with perpendicular mounting flange mount to a music stand at a parallel disposition with the ground surface, while also retaining multiple instrument mutes of various sizes and musical-related items in a level, upright disposition. The assembly provides a mute panel defined by mute apertures disposed in a linear, spaced-apart relationship. The mute panel also provides music item apertures disposed in a linear, spaced-apart relationship, and further being parallel to the mute apertures. A mounting flange fixedly attaches to the mute panel in a perpendicular disposition. The mounting flange interfaces with a gapped flange that extends from a sloped support panel of a music stand in slidable or fastenable engagement. Because the mounting flange is perpendicular to the mute panel, the retained mutes and music-related items are maintained parallel with the ground surface, facilitating access to the apertures and retained mutes.
Apparatus, system and method for attaching gripping members to a mute utilized with musical instruments
An apparatus for removably attaching gripping members to a mute to hold the mute inside the bell of a musical instrument while the instrument is being played or moved. The apparatus has a gripping member that grips the inner surface of the bell, a rail associated with the outer surface of the mute and a tray member that removably engages the rail while moveably supporting the gripping member. In one configuration, adhesives attaches the rail to the mute and the gripping member to the tray member and the tray member slidably engages the rail. A latch securely locks the tray member on the rail. The system includes the apparatus, additional gripping members, mute and instrument. The method describes the steps of attaching and replacing gripping members on a mute to easily and quickly reposition the mute in the bell or allow use of the mute with other instruments.
