APPARATUSES INCLUDING MULTIPLE READ MODES AND METHODS FOR SAME
Apparatuses and methods including multiple read modes for reading data from a memory are described. An example apparatus includes a memory including a first read mode and a second read mode. The memory has a read operation for the first read mode including a first pre-access phase, an access phase, and a first post-access phase. The read operation for the second read mode includes a second pre-access phase, the access phase, and a second post-access phase. The read operation for either the first read mode or the second read mode is performed responsive to the memory receiving a read command. The second pre-access phase is different from the first pre-access phase, with the second pre-access phase having a shorter time than the first pre-access phase measured from receipt of the read command.

TEMPERATURE SENSOR CIRCUITS FOR INTEGRATED CIRCUIT DEVICES
An integrated circuit device having insulated gate field effect transistors (IGFETs) having a plurality of horizontally disposed channels that can be vertically aligned above a substrate with each channel being surrounded by a gate structure has been disclosed. The integrated circuit device may include a temperature sensor circuit and core circuitry. The temperature senor circuit may include at least one portion formed in a region other than the region that the IGFETs are formed as well as at least another portion formed in the region that the IGFETs having a plurality of horizontally disposed channels that can be vertically aligned above a substrate with each channel being surrounded by a gate structure are formed. By forming a portion of the temperature sensor circuit in regions below the IGFETs, an older process technology may be used and device size may be decreased and cost may be reduced.
NEUROMORPHIC HARDWARE APPARATUS BASED ON A RESISTIVE MEMORY ARRAY
A neuromorphic hardware apparatus based on a resistive memory array includes a resistive memory array in which a plurality of synaptic resistor elements are arranged. Each synaptic resistor element is changed in its resistance value depending on a voltage pulse applied thereto and stores the resistance value for a predetermined time. The apparatus also includes a neuron circuit configured to receive an output signal from the resistive memory array and to output a voltage signal to another resistive memory array. The neuron circuit includes a temperature compensation unit, which compensates for an output voltage of the resistive memory array on the basis of an operating temperature of the resistive memory array. Even when a resistive memory array outputs an abnormal output depending on an operating temperature, by compensating a neuron circuit for an input value, it is possible to prevent an operation error from occurring.
Systems, methods, and apparatuses for temperature and process corner sensitive control of power gated domains
Apparatuses and methods for temperature and process corner sensitive control of power gated domains are described. An example apparatus includes an internal circuit; a power supply line; and a power gating control circuit which responds, at least in part, to a first change from a first state to a second state of a control signal to initiate supplying a power supply voltage from the power supply line to the internal circuit, and continue supplying the power supply voltage from the power supply line to internal circuit for at least a timeout period from a second change from the second state to the first state of the control signal, in which the timeout period represent temperature dependency.

Memory module with battery and electronic system having the memory module
A memory module may include: a battery; a plurality of devices including a first memory, a second memory, and a controller; and a power management integrated circuit configured to adjust a level of a battery power, received from the battery, and configured to supply a power supply voltage to each of the plurality of devices.
Apparatuses and methods of power supply control for temperature compensated sense amplifiers
An apparatus including a temperature dependent circuit is configured to receive a temperature dependent power supply voltage, and further is configured to receive a first input signal and provide a temperature dependent output signal responsive to the input signal. A power control circuit including the temperature dependent circuit is configured to receive a second input signal, and further configured provide a first control voltage based on the first temperature dependent output signal and provide a second control voltage based on the second input signal. The second control voltage has a temperature dependency based on the temperature dependent power supply voltage. A sense amplifier coupled to a pair of digit lines is configured to receive the first and second control voltages and amplify a voltage difference between the digit lines of the pair.
Memory module for maintaining efficient heat dissipation and electronic device
A memory module assisting in efficient heat dissipation includes a motherboard, a plurality of fixing devices, a plurality of memory cards, and a plurality of dummy memory cards. The fixing devices are fixed on the motherboard side by side. The memory cards are fixed on some of the fixing devices as necessary, and the dummy memory cards are fixed on the remaining fixing devices which are vacant. The dummy memory cards inserted into the vacant fixing devices prevent the flow of air through the space above the vacant fixing devices. An electronic device including the memory module is also disclosed.
Memory system
A memory system has a memory, a first substrate on which the memory is mounted and which is set to a temperature of −40[° C.] or lower, a controller configured to control the memory; and a second substrate on which the controller is mounted, which is set to a temperature of −40[° C.] or higher, and which transmits and receives a signal to and from the first substrate via a signal transmission cable.
