MEMORY DEVICE AND METHOD OF OPERATING THE SAME
The present technology relates to an electronic device. According to the present technology, a memory device having improved verify accuracy may include a memory block including memory cells, a read and write circuit including a plurality of page buffers, a current sensing circuit configured to perform a verify operation of comparing sensing voltages with a reference voltage, and a control logic configured to control the current sensing circuit to perform the verify operation. The control logic controls performing a first verify operation on each of page buffer groups having a same logical group number, and performing a second verify operation on each of page buffer groups having a same physical group number, and the current sensing circuit outputs a verify pass signal in response to both results of the first verify operation and the second verify operation satisfying a pass criterion.
DIE LOCATION DETECTION FOR GROUPED MEMORY DIES
Methods, systems, and devices for die location detection for grouped memory dies are described. A memory device may include multiple memory die that are coupled with a shared bus. In some examples, each memory die may include a circuit configured to output an identifier associated with a location of the respective memory die. For example, a first memory die may output a first identifier, based on receiving one or more signals, that identifies a location of the first memory die. Identifying the locations of the respective memory dies may allow for the dies to be individually accessed despite being coupled with a shared bus.
ADDRESS CONTROL CIRCUIT AND SEMICONDUCTOR APPARATUS INCLUDING THE SAME
An address control circuit includes an address timing control circuit configured to latch address signals inputted from outside the address timing control circuit, sequentially store the latched signals at predetermined timings, and output the stored signals as a bank group address. The address control circuit also includes an address multiplexing circuit configured to generate bank group select signals according to the bank group address. The address multiplexing circuit is configured to generate the bank group select signals having a second value according to the bank group address having a first value when a preset memory access mode is a first memory access mode, and generate the bank group select signals having the second value according to the bank group address having a third value different from the first value when the preset memory access mode is a second memory access mode.
SELECTIVE ACCESS FOR GROUPED MEMORY DIES
Methods, systems, and devices for selective access for grouped memory dies are described. A memory device may be configured with a select die access protocol for a group of memory dies that share a same channel. The protocol may be enabled by one or more commands from the host device, which may be communicated to each of the memory dies of the group via the channel. The command(s) may indicate a first set of one or more memory dies of the group for which a set of commands may be enabled and may also indicate a second set of one or more memory dies of the group for which at least a subset of the set of commands is disabled. When the select die access mode is enabled, the disabled memory dies may be restricted from performing the subset of commands received via the channel.
Memory power coordination
The present disclosure includes apparatuses and methods related to bank coordination in a memory device. A number of embodiments include a method comprising concurrently performing a memory operation by a threshold number of memory regions, and executing a command to cause a budget area to perform a power budget operation associated with the memory operation.

Methods to tolerate programming and retention errors of crossbar memory arrays
Systems and methods for reducing the impact of defects within a crossbar memory array when performing multiplication operations in which multiple control lines are concurrently selected are described. A group of memory cells within the crossbar memory array may be controlled by a local word line that is controlled by a local word line gating unit that may be configured to prevent the local word line from being biased to a selected word line voltage during an operation; the local word line may instead be set to a disabling voltage during the operation such that the memory cell currents through the group of memory cells are eliminated. If a defect has caused a short within one of the memory cells of the group of memory cells, then the local word line gating unit may be programmed to hold the local word line at the disabling voltage during multiplication operations.
MEMORY AND METHOD FOR WRITING MEMOERY
A memory includes a bank, the bank includes a plurality of sections, each of the plurality of section includes a plurality of word lines, a plurality of bit lines, and a plurality of storage units arranged in an array, and each of the plurality of storage units is connected to one of the plurality of word lines and one of the plurality of bit lines; the bank is configured to: in a preset mode, in response to a control signal, activate each of a plurality of word lines in at least one target section of the bank, pull up or pull down a level of each of a plurality of bit lines in the target section, and pull a complementary bit line of each of the plurality of bit lines in the target section to a level opposite to a level of the plurality of bit lines.
DRAM AND ACCESS AND OPERATING METHOD THEREOF
An operating method for a dynamic random access memory (DRAM) obtains a plurality of first sub-commands of a first activate command via a command bus, and obtaining a plurality of first address information regarding a plurality of first portions of a first row address of a specific bank via an address bus. Each of the first sub-commands corresponds to an individual first portion of the first row address of the specific bank. The method further combines the first portions of the first row address of the specific bank in response to a specific sub-command of the first sub-commands, so as to obtain a first complete row address; and obtains an access command via the command bus.
MEMORY DEVICE COMPRISING ELECTRICALLY FLOATING BODY TRANSISTOR
A semiconductor memory instance is provided that includes an array of memory cells. The array includes a plurality of semiconductor memory cells arranged in at least one column and at least one row. Each of the semiconductor memory cells includes a floating body region configured to be charged to a level indicative of a state of the memory cell. Further includes are a plurality of buried well regions, wherein each of the buried well regions can be individually selected, and a decoder circuit to select at least one of the buried well regions.
