PASTE AND CONDUCTIVE FILM AND THEIR PRODUCTION METHODS
A paste that includes particles of a layered material in an ammonia aqueous solution. The particles include one or plural layers, the layers having a layer body represented by M.sub.mX.sub.n, wherein M is at least one metal of Group 3, 4, 5, 6, or 7, X is a carbon atom, a nitrogen atom, or a combination thereof, n is not less than 1 and not more than 4, and m is more than n but not more than 5, and a modifier or terminal T exists on a surface of the layer body, wherein T is at least one selected from the group consisting of a hydroxyl group, a fluorine atom, a chlorine atom, an oxygen atom, and a hydrogen atom, wherein the paste has a viscosity of 1 Pa.Math.s or more at a shear velocity of 1/s when the paste has a solid content concentration of 1.0% by mass.
CONDUCTIVE PASTE FOR SOLAR CELL ELECTRODE AND SOLAR CELL MANUFACTURED BY USING SAME
The present disclosure provides a conductive paste for a solar cell electrode, comprising a metal powder, a glass frit, a metal oxide, an organic binder and a solvent, wherein the metal oxide comprises at least one metal oxide selected from the group consisting of tungsten (W), antimony (Sb), nickel (Ni), copper (Cu), magnesium (Mg), calcium (Ca), ruthenium (Ru), molybdenum (Mo), and bismuth (Bi).
COMPOSITION FOR FORMING SOLAR CELL ELECTRODE AND ELECTRODE PREPARED USING THE SAME
A composition for solar cell electrodes including a conductive powder, a glass frit, and an organic vehicle. The glass frit contains tellurium (Te), sodium (Na), zinc (Zn), and at least one of lead (Pb) and bismuth (Bi). A molar ratio of the sum of lead and bismuth to zinc ranges from about 1 to about 20. A molar ratio of tellurium to sodium ranges from about 1 to about 15.
COMPOSITION FOR FORMING SOLAR CELL ELECTRODE AND ELECTRODE PREPARED USING THE SAME
A composition for solar cell electrodes including a conductive powder, a glass frit, and an organic vehicle. The glass frit contains tellurium (Te), sodium (Na), zinc (Zn), and at least one of lead (Pb) and bismuth (Bi). A molar ratio of the sum of lead and bismuth to zinc ranges from about 1 to about 20. A molar ratio of tellurium to sodium ranges from about 1 to about 15.
CONDUCTIVE AND STRETCHABLE POLYMER COMPOSITE
Disclosed herein is a composite prepared by dispersing silver flakes in a polyvinyl alcohol (PVA), phosphoric acid (H.sub.3PO.sub.4), and poly(3,4-ethyl-ene-dioxythiophene) (PEDOT):poly(styrene sulfonic acid) (PSS) polymer mixture. The polymer blend can provides conductive pathways between the silver flakes, leading to superior electrical properties even at large deformations.
FLUID CIRCUIT WITH INTEGRATED ELECTROSTATIC DISCHARGE MITIGATION
A fluid circuit includes a plurality of tubing segments and a plurality of operative components. Each tubing segment includes i) a non-conductive polymer portion defining a fluid passageway and ii) one or more interior conductive fluoropolymer stripes extending axially to the ends of each of the respective tubing segments. Each operative component includes a conductive fluoropolymer that extends between a plurality of tubing connector fittings forming a part of the fluid circuit, wherein each of the tubing connector fittings conductively connect the respective conductor of the operative component to the interior conductive fluoropolymer stripes of the tubing segment to provide a path to ground that extends through each operative component and each tubing segment.
FLUID CIRCUIT WITH INTEGRATED ELECTROSTATIC DISCHARGE MITIGATION
A fluid circuit includes a plurality of tubing segments and a plurality of operative components. Each tubing segment includes i) a non-conductive polymer portion defining a fluid passageway and ii) one or more interior conductive fluoropolymer stripes extending axially to the ends of each of the respective tubing segments. Each operative component includes a conductive fluoropolymer that extends between a plurality of tubing connector fittings forming a part of the fluid circuit, wherein each of the tubing connector fittings conductively connect the respective conductor of the operative component to the interior conductive fluoropolymer stripes of the tubing segment to provide a path to ground that extends through each operative component and each tubing segment.
STRUCTURES FORMED FROM HIGH TECHNOLOGY CONDUCTIVE PHASE MATERIALS
A method of forming a bulk product includes the step of coating a particulate conductive phase material with a binder phase, and forming the coated conductive phase material into at least one of sheet stock, tape formed into a bulk material. A method of forming a bulk product includes the step of coating a particulate conductive phase material with a binder phase and forming the coated conductive phase material into a bulk material. The conductive phase material includes at least one of two dimensional materials, single layer materials, carbon nanotubes, boron nitride nanotubes, aluminum nitride and molybdenum disulphide (MoS.sub.2). A component is also disclosed.

Ceramic member
Provided is a ceramic member in which the difference in thermal expansion coefficient between an insulating ceramic material and an electrically conductive ceramic material is extremely small and therefore any mismatch caused in association with this difference in thermal expansion coefficient does not occur, and which does not undergo any failure such as breakage, cracking, detachment or destruction. The ceramic member (1) includes an electrically conductive ceramic material (2) which contains yttrium oxide as the main component and additionally contains a fibrous electrically conductive substance such as carbon nanotubes in an amount of 0.1 to 3 vol % inclusive and an insulation ceramic material (3) which contains yttrium oxide as the main component, wherein the electrically conductive ceramic material (2) and the insulation ceramic material (3) are adhered to each other in an integrated manner through an adhesive layer (4) which includes an inorganic adhesive material.
