Disclosed are a corona-resistant enameled round wire and preparation method therefor. The corona-resistant enameled round wire is suitable for electric vehicle motors and comprises a copper conductor and an insulating layer, wherein the insulating layer clads the copper conductor and comprises, in sequence from inside to outside, a corona-resistant polyamideimide coating, a corona-resistant special resin coating, a corona-resistant polyimide coating, a corona-resistant modified silicone resin coating, and a corona-resistant polyamideimide coating.
METHOD FOR PRODUCING INSULATED ELECTRIC WIRE
A method for producing an insulated electric wire of the present invention is a method for forming an insulating coating film on a surface of an electric wire by performing baking treatment after forming an insulating layer on the surface of the electric wire by an electrodeposition method using an insulating electrodeposition coating material containing a polymer. Pretreatment of evaporating a solvent in the insulating layer is performed before the baking treatment, and the pretreatment is performed by a near infrared ray heating furnace. In addition, a temperature of the pretreatment is lower than a temperature of the baking treatment.

The ATF oil and corona resistant enameled wire of this disclosure is suitable for the preparation of oil-cooled electric vehicle motor loose winding coil due to the advantages of good manufacturability, excellent ATF oil and corona resistance, and low manufacturing cost.
Device and method for producing enameled wires
A device (1) and a method for producing enameled wires, comprises an application device (3) for applying at least one enamel coating, a furnace (4) for solidifying the enamel coating and an exhaust gas purification device (7) for removing at least nitrogen oxides from an exhaust gas (9) of the furnace (4). The exhaust gas purification device (7) has a unit (13) for the selective catalytic reduction of nitrogen oxides in the exhaust gas (9) of the furnace and a feeding apparatus (11) for feeding a reducing agent, preferably an ammonia-containing compound, in particular a urea solution, into the exhaust gas (9) of the furnace (4). The feeding apparatus (11) has at least one outlet opening, which is designed in such a way that the reducing agent exits from the outlet opening substantially in the flow direction of the exhaust gas (9).

Magnet wire including extruded insulation formed from multiple layers of different materials is described. A magnet wire may include a conductor and insulation formed around the conductor. The insulation may include a first layer of extruded thermoplastic insulation formed around the conductor and a second layer of extruded thermoplastic insulation formed around the first layer of extruded thermoplastic insulation. The first layer may be formed from a first polymeric material having a first thermal index, and the second layer may be formed from a second polymeric material having a second thermal index higher than the first thermal index.

INSULATING WIRE WITH HIGH THERMAL RESISTANCE AND RESISTANT TO PARTIAL DISCHARGES AND WIRE DRAWING PROCESS
A manufacturing of wires with optimized insulation properties, providing an insulating wire and the wire drawing process for producing it. The wire enamel has three layers: base layer (2), middle layer (3) and top layer (4), wherein these layers wrap around the conducting wire (1) in this order. The wire drawing process is carried out by a) Primary drawing; b) Final drawing and c) Enameling process carried out in line, wherein the enameling is conducted preferably with a specific number of dies for each layer. The process and composition conditions of the wire allowed to provide a triple layer wire that presents high resistance to partial discharges, high thermal class and high resistance to abrasion, thus, increasing the service lifetime of the wire in demanding motor applications when high thermal, high mechanical and high electrical resistance are required.
