CONDENSER BUSHING

The present disclosure relates to a condenser bushing including a condenser core and electrically conductive field-grading layers, which are embedded in insulating material of the condenser core and arranged around a central channel for conductor extending along an axis defining an axial direction, while an electric connection is provided to at least one of the field-grading layers, wherein pairs of neighbouring field-grading layers with the insulation material between them form sections of the condenser core of axial lengths L.sub.1 through L.sub.n and with capacitances C.sub.1 through C.sub.n, characterized in that a shape of at least one of the field-grading layers deviates from cylindricality in order to reduce non-uniformity of electric field stress of the condenser bushing compared to a corresponding condenser bushing with the cylindrical field-grading layers forming sections of the axial lengths L.sub.1 through L.sub.n and with capacitances C.sub.1 through C.sub.n.

The present disclosure has been conceived to solve the above-mentioned problem, and the objective of the present disclosure is to provide a switchboard capable of easily correcting a difference between a phase-to-phase distance of a breaker terminal and a phase-to-phase distance of a bus bar. A switchboard according to one embodiment of the present disclosure comprises: a first compartment into which a circuit breaker is introduced; a second compartment adjacent to the first compartment and provided with a bus bar; and an insulating bushing installed on a barrier contacting the first compartment and the second compartment, wherein the insulating bushing is provided with a connecting conductor, wherein the connecting conductor has one side connected to a breaker terminal of the circuit breaker, and the other side connected to the bus bar.

Wire harness

A wire harness includes an electric wire, a braided conductor covering the electric wire, a grommet having a tubular insertion portion through which the electric wire and the braided conductor are inserted, a water stop sheet sandwiched between an inner peripheral surface of the insertion portion and the braided conductor, and a fixture attached to the insertion portion so as to reduce a diameter of the insertion portion. The water stop sheet includes a base material layer having a plurality of pores communicating with each other in a thickness direction of the water stop sheet and a sealing compound layer laminated on the base material layer. The sealing compound layer is deformed so as to enter gaps between thin conductor wires constituting the braided conductor and the pores of the base material layer.

Grommet with groove portion between pair of contact portions, and wire harness

A grommet includes: a water stop portion that has an annular shape and is inserted to a through hole formed in an attachment panel for stopping water; and a first partition wall portion and a second partition wall portion that are unit arranged to project toward a radially inner side of the water stop portion. The water stop portion includes: a first contact portion that is capable of coming into contact with a first side surface of a circumference edge portion of the through hole; a second contact portion that is capable of coming into contact with the first side surface; a groove portion formed in an annular shape between the first contact portion and the second contact portion; and a recess/protrusion portion that is formed on a circumferential wall inside the groove portion.

Grommet assembly and method for installing a grommet assembly in a penetration hole of a panel. In one embodiment, a grommet assembly is comprised of multiple parts, including end members having a diameter greater than the penetration hole, and a middle member having a diameter sized to fit within the penetration hole. Each of the members includes one or more conduit holes for a conduit that is routed through the penetration hole, and an installation slit disposed between an outer peripheral surface and a conduit hole.

Grommet

A grommet includes a tapered barrel part and a tape winding spatula part. The tapered barrel part includes a large diameter cylindrical portion, a small diameter cylindrical portion, and an elastic deformation portion disposed between the large diameter cylindrical portion and the small diameter cylindrical portion. A fitting groove to be fitted in a through hole of a panel, is formed on the large diameter cylindrical portion. A thick walled portion is formed on an inner side of the elastic deformation portion. The tape winding spatula part is connected to the small diameter cylindrical portion and holds a wire harness passed through therein.

In the grommet, it is assumed that a point at a leading end position of the extension portion is a point A, and a point at a position furthest from the point A as seen in the insertion direction in a leading end region of the fitting portion in the insertion direction is a point B. It is assumed that a width of the through hole in a cross section that is parallel with the insertion direction and passes through the point A and the point B when the fitting portion is fitted to the through hole is a hole width W. At this time, a total of a linear distance L between the point A and the point B and a thickness T of the seal lip is larger than the hole width W.
