The stretchable electrode is a stretchable electrode comprising a conductive mat, wherein the conductive mat comprises: nanofibers including a polymer; and a conductive layer formed on the surface of the nanofibers and including a conductor. The stretchable electrode has air/fluid permeability and may have conductivity that exhibits a stable change even in a biaxial deformation environment.
