Optical fiber cable
The present disclosure intends to facilitate tearing a metal sheath even in a case where the metal sheath is incorporated in an optical fiber cable. The optical fiber cable of the present disclosure includes a cable core arranged at a central portion and accommodating a plurality of optical fibers gathered together, an inner layer sheath arranged on an outer circumference of the cable core and sheathing the cable core, a metal sheath arranged on an outer circumference of the inner layer sheath and wound around the inner layer sheath, an outer layer sheath arranged on an outer circumference of the metal sheath and sheathing the metal sheath, and at least one outer sheath tearing string arranged in a longitudinal direction inside the metal sheath.
WATER-PROOF STRUCTURE FOR ELECTRIC WIRE AND WATER-PROOF METHOD FOR ELECTRIC WIRE
A water-proof structure for electric wire includes a pair of electric wires, a pair of first positioning members, and a molded body. The electric wires include core wire exposed parts each in which a core wire is exposed by peeling off an insulation sheath. The first positioning members hold the electric wires spaced from each other and position the electric wires in a height direction of the electric wires. The molded body is molded with resin such that the core wire exposed parts are sealed in a state where the electric wires are positioned by the first positioning members.
Insulated electric cord
An insulated electric cord (102) comprises an elongate covering arrangement (12) and at least two elongate electrical conductors (14, 16) held within the covering arrangement (12). The insulated electric cord (102) further comprises an elongate load bearing member (20) held within the covering arrangement (12). The insulated electric cord (102) further comprises an elongate flexible cutting member (22) held within the covering arrangement (12). The elongate electrical conductors (14, 16), the elongate load bearing member (20), and the elongate flexible cutting member (22) extend longitudinally through the covering arrangement (12). The elongate flexible cutting member (22) extends through the covering arrangement (12) adjacent the elongate load bearing member (20). The cutting member (22) is capable of cutting the covering arrangement (12), thereby allowing a portion of the load bearing member (20) to be extracted from the covering arrangement (12).
I-SHAPED FILLER
The present disclosure relates to a telecommunications cable. The telecommunications cable includes a plurality of twisted pairs of insulated conductors. The plurality of twisted pairs of insulated conductors extends substantially along a longitudinal axis of the telecommunications cable. In addition, the telecommunications cable includes a separator. The separator separates each twisted pair of insulated conductor of the plurality of twisted pairs of insulated conductors. Moreover, the telecommunications cable includes a first layer. The first layer surrounds the separator and the plurality of twisted pairs of insulated conductors along a length of the telecommunications cable. The separator is I-shaped filler. The separator is made of low smoke zero halogen material or MDPE. The first layer is made of low smoke zero halogen material, polyethylene or poly vinyl chloride. The first layer has a thickness in a range of about 0.4 millimeter-2.5 millimeters.
WIRE HARNESS
A wiring harness 10 according to one aspect of the present disclosure includes a plurality of wires (20) and an exterior member (40) for covering the plurality of wires (20). The exterior member (40) includes a tape member (41) to be wound to bundle the plurality of wires (20). The wiring harness (10) includes a tape cutting wire (50) provided such that an intermediate part in a length direction is covered by the tape member (41), and the tape cutting wire (50) is capable of cutting the tape member (41) by an end part (51) in the length direction being pulled.
