Neel effect® isolated DC/AC current sensor incorporated in a PCB
A current sensor includes at least one primary circuit that is intended to conduct the current to be measured, and a secondary circuit containing at least four Neel-effect® transducers, each having a coil and a superparamagnetic core. The current sensor is designed on the basis of a printed circuit board, the primary circuit including at least two distinct metal tracks that are composed of one and the same metal and connected to one another by a via made of a rivet, of a tube or of an electrolytic deposit of the same metal.
NMR LOGGING METHOD USING SUPERPARAMAGNETIC IRON OXIDE NANOPARTICLES
The invention is directed to hydrophilic and hydrophobic superparamagnetic nanoparticles and their use as contrast agents for NMR including agents that distinguish oil and water in NMR logging of geological formations containing oil or water. Methods of making these SPIONs are also described.
Hydrophilic and hydrophobic superparamagnetic Fe.SUB.3.O.SUB.4 .nanoparticles as T.SUB.2.-contrast agents for oil reservoir applications
The invention is directed to hydrophilic and hydrophobic superparamagnetic nanoparticles and their use as contrast agents for NMR including agents that distinguish oil and water in NMR logging of geological formations containing oil or water. Methods of making these SPIONs are also described.
UNIQUE IDENTIFICATION AND AUTHENTICATION OF PRODUCTS
A method of unambiguous identification and authentication of products for the purpose of better recognition of product forgeries and controlling product piracy, including applying to/into the product an identification substance admixture which contains paramagnetic phases or identifying a product which contains an identification substance admixture containing paramagnetic phases and has an ESR fingerprint spectrum that permits unambiguous identification of the product. Such an ESR fingerprint spectrum is easily measurable, but can be copied or forged only with difficulty. The method relates to an individualizable “femto tag” for femto ledgers and forms an important interface for what are known as “Internet of Things” (IOT).
SOFT ROBOT USING DIAMAGNETIC LEVITATION
The present invention relates to a soft robot using diamagnetic levitation. Such a soft robot using diamagnetic levitation is formed of a diamagnetic material to levitate on the ground on which a magnetic field is formed, and moves in a direction toward a predetermined point of a head part when the predetermined point of the head part is heated, and may thus move and change its direction in a state in which it is not in contact with the ground.
ULTRA-SMALL SUPERPARAMAGNETIC IRON OXIDE NANOPARTICLES
The invention relates to a method for producing an adjusted nanoparticle composition comprising ultra-small superparamagnetic iron oxide nanoparticles coated with dextran-T10, compositions obtained thereby, and uses of such compositions. The adjusted compositions have improved parameters such as lower batch-to-batch variance and improved stability, and are useful as magnetic imaging agents.
Superparamagnetic colloids with enhanced charge stability for high quality magnetically tunable photonic structures
A method of stabilizing electromagnetically charged particles, which includes coating electromagnetically charged particles with a protective layer; and etching the protective layer to produce a porous protective layer on the electromagnetically charged.
DIRECTED SELF-ASSEMBLY OF ELECTRONIC COMPONENTS USING DIAMAGNETIC LEVITATION
Embodiments of the invention relate generally to directed self-assembly (DSA) and, more particularly, to the DSA of electronic components using diamagnetic levitation.
IDEAL DIAMAGNETIC RESPONSE OF A GRAPHENE-n-HEPTANE-PERMALLOY SYSTEM
Systems, methods, and apparatus for generating an ideal diamagnetic response are disclosed. A disclosed diamagnetic system includes a metal foil or a first substrate having at least one surface that is coated by a metallic layer (e.g., permalloy). The diamagnetic system also includes a second substrate having at least one surface that is coated by graphene. The first and second substrates are immersed in an alkane (e.g., n-heptane). The diamagnetic system produces a diamagnetic response at room temperature in an applied magnetic field when the alkane is added to surround the permalloy and graphene.
ELECTROMAGNETIC MATERIAL AND INDUCTANCE FOR LOW TEMPERATURES
An electromagnetic material for an inductance for operation at cryogenic temperatures including, in an electrically insulating matrix, metal nanoparticles with superparamagnetic behavior of size less than or equal to 30 nm and having a magnetic permeability greater than or equal to 1.5 for a frequency between 5 GHz and 50 GHz.
