Bobbin for edge-mounted magnetic core
An edge mount magnetic component includes a bobbin and two E-core halves. The bobbin is configured to receive the two E-core halves when body portions of the two E-core halves are positioned vertically. The bobbin includes a first outer flange, a second outer flange, and a passageway spanning therebetween. The bobbin further includes first, second, third, and fourth pin supports. The first and second pin supports are connected to an outer surface of the first end flange and are spaced apart by at least a width of the passageway. The third and fourth pin supports are connected to an outer surface of the second end flange and are spaced apart by at least the width of the passageway. The bobbin further includes slots for routing a winding to a pin and includes walls to ensure the winding is electrically separated from the E-core halves.
Compliant pin structure for discrete electrical components
A discrete electrical component is disclosed, including a component member having at least one lead; and a base member on which the component member is supported. The electrical component further includes at least one compliant pin member, each compliant pin member having a first end portion configured for press-fit engagement in a printed circuit board and a second end portion electrically connected to the at least one lead of the component member. The at least one compliant pin at least partly extends through or into the base member.
Adapter and transformer thereof
An adapter is provided and having a circuit board, primary components and secondary components installed on the circuit board, a shielding plate disposed between the primary components and the secondary components, and a transformer installed on the circuit board. The transformer has a bobbin, an iron core set assembled with the bobbin, at least one movable pin, at least one first winding, and at least one second winding. The movable pin is able to be positioned at an upper position for allowing the iron core set to be assembled with the bobbin or for allowing the first winding and the second winding to be wound onto the winding portion, and the movable pin is able to be positioned at a lower position when the transformer is installed onto the circuit board. Thereby, the adapter can be assembled in an automated process with improved assembly efficiency and high production yields.
Coil Component
A coil component includes: a base member made of a resin, the base member having a bobbin part and a terminal holder; a coil wound around the bobbin part; and a plurality of terminal members made of a metal. The terminal members are held by the terminal holder while being partially embedded therein, and each has the coil electrically connected thereto. A part of each terminal member, which protrudes out from the terminal holder, includes: a mounting terminal part; and a standoff part that is arranged at a position different, in a bottom view, from the mounting terminal part, and exposes to the lower face side of the coil component.
Stranded wire contact for an electrical device and method for producing a stranded wire contact
An electrical device having a stranded wire contact. The device includes a stranded wire with individual wires and a contact piece for electrical contacting of the stranded wire. The stranded wire contact is produced by thermal diffusion bonding.
PLANAR TRANSFORMER AND BOBBIN ASSEMBLY APPLIED THERETO
The following disclosure relates to a planar transformer and a bobbin assembly applied thereto, and more particularly, to a planar transformer in which pins may be firmly fixed through a bobbin body, a bobbin assembly may be conveniently assembled to a transformer board using snap protrusions of the bobbin body, and a total height of the planar transformer may be lowered using a flange part at the time of mounting the planar transformer, and a bobbin assembly applied thereto.
Inductor device, method of manufacturing same and antenna
The present invention relates to an inductor device, a method of manufacturing same and antenna. The proposed inductor device comprising a magnetic core (1), an electrically insulating support (10) with a cavity (11) arranged around said magnetic core (1), and three windings (DX, DY, DZ) of conductive wire arranged orthogonal to one another, wherein said electrically insulating support (10) is made of a single part and completely houses the magnetic core (1) which is accessible through an opening, the three windings (DX, DY, DZ) being supported on winding supporting faces (12X, 12Y and 12Z) of the electrically insulating support, confined between winding limiting edges (22) defined by lower corner protuberances (20) and centered with respect to the three orthogonal axes (X, Y, Z) such that said electrically insulating support (10) assures symmetry and orthogonality of said electromagnetic field vectors generated by the mentioned inductor device.
Mounting Kit For A Throttle, And Throttle
Mounting kit for a throttle with a toroidal core, wherein an insulating element which passes through the opening in the toroidal core is provided. The mounting kit includes a first half shell and a second half shell for accommodating the toroidal core, a baseplate, and a latching means and/or guide means to connect the first half shell, the second half shell, the insulating element and the baseplate to one another.
INDUCTANCE ELEMENT, HIGH-FREQUENCY TRANSFORMER ELEMENT, IMPEDANCE CONVERSION ELEMENT, AND ANTENNA DEVICE
In a high-frequency transformer element includes a primary coil including first coil conductors and a secondary coil including second coil conductors are disposed in a multilayer body that includes a plurality of insulating layers. A magnetic-field cancellation conductor pattern is disposed in the multilayer body, is adjacent to some conductors of the first coil conductors in a lamination direction of the insulating layers, is arranged along a surface of the insulating layers, and allows a high-frequency current to flow in a direction opposite a high-frequency current flowing in the first coil conductors.
EDGE-FIT PINS
A pin includes a head, a base connected to the head, a tail connected to the base, and clasps extending from the tail. The head includes two or more of the following: a hook, a first side notch, a second side notch, and an end notch. A module includes a substrate, a first pin mounted to the substrate at a first location, and a second pin mounted to the substrate at a second location.
