Solenoid valve

A solenoid valve includes a valve portion and a solenoid portion. The valve portion has a sleeve and a valve body. The solenoid portion includes a tubular coil portion, a magnetic yoke having a side surface portion and a bottom portion, a columnar plunger, a shaft, a stator core having a core shaft hole for sliding the plunger in the axial direction, and a base portion having a base shaft hole. In a radial thickness of the sleeve, a thickness of a part corresponding to an end outer peripheral surface is smaller than a thickness of a sliding portion of an inner peripheral surface of the sleeve, which is a portion on which the valve body slides.

To this end, a magnetic armature (13) and a pressure pin (19) which is movable in a bearing (21) along an axis (A) are provided. A bearing sleeve (11) accommodates at least the bearing (21) and the magnetic armature (13). An electromagnetic casing (12) and the bearing sleeve (11) are together made of a single material in the form of a one-piece component (100).

Proportional valve for controlling a gaseous medium

The invention relates to a proportional valve (1) for controlling a gaseous medium, in particular hydrogen, comprising a valve housing (2), in which a closing element (10) arranged therein interacts with a valve seat (19) in order to open and close at least one passage opening (18). Furthermore, an armature device (25), which is operatively connected to the closing element (10), and an electromagnet (26) are provided, by means of which electromagnet a magnetic force can be produced on the armature device (25) and the armature device (25) can move reciprocatingly along a longitudinal axis (40) of the proportional valve (1). Moreover, the electromagnet (26) comprises an inner pole (14), an outer pole (13) and a solenoid coil (12) and the armature device (25) composes an armature (8). The valve housing (2) and the inner pole (14) are magnetically connected to each other by means of a magnetic choke point (20). The magnetic choke point (20) is formed in an axial region of extent of the armature (8). Furthermore, the inner pole (14) has a cavity (21) having a cavity edge (35). The armature (8) plunges in said cavity (21) during the reciprocating motion of said armature. In a closed position of the proportional valve (1), an end face (33) of the armature (8) lies at the same height as the cavity edge (35) of the cavity (21) with respect to the longitudinal axis (40), the cavity edge (35) forming the end of the magnetic choke point (20).

A process component includes a first connection, a second connection, and an adjusting element arranged in a hollow space fluidically connecting the first connection to the second connection and that can be brought into a first position and second position in an axial direction within the hollow space. The component includes a permanent magnet, a first electrical coil, and a second electrical coil arranged in succession in the axial direction to create a simple process component whose size can be effectively scaled. The magnet, adjusting element, and a yoke form a first closed magnetic circuit in the first position and a second closed magnetic circuit in the second position. The first and second coil respectively compensate for the first circuit and the second circuit. The hollow space and adjusting element are shaped such that the valve can be penetrated by a fluid flow formed between the first and second connections.

The disclosure relates to an electromagnetic actuator for actuating a valve. The actuator has a housing, a core and a yoke. A coil body, which carries at least one coil winding, is arranged in the housing. The coil body encloses an armature space at least to some extent. An armature is arranged within the armature space such that it can be moved in its axial direction. A bearing element is arranged on the yoke and has a disc-shaped fastening portion and a tubular bearing portion, which bears the armature. The bearing portion projects inwards from the fastening portion.
