For example, the surface roughness of the lower main surface is smaller than the surface roughness of the top surface. A protrusion protruding from the lower main surface having smaller surface roughness and in contact with the top surface of the flange portion of the core is in a region where the lower main surface of the top plate and the top surface of the flange portion of the core face each other with an adhesive interposed therebetween. The protrusion can increase a surface area of a bonding surface of the top plate having smaller surface roughness, and provide an anchor effect of the adhesive on the top plate.
