The first section has a first outlet end, a second outlet end, and a first connection end, wherein the first outlet end and the second outlet end are located at a side of the first section, the first connection end is located at an opposite side of the first section. The second section has a third outlet end, a fourth outlet end, and a second connection end. The third outlet end and the fourth outlet end are located at a side of the second section, and the second connection end is located at an opposite side of the second section. A portion of the primary winding is located between the first section and the second section of the secondary winding.
Coil component
A coil component includes a body having a molded portion and a cover portion disposed on one surface of the molded portion, and including magnetic metal powder; a winding coil disposed between one surface of the molded portion and the cover portion and embedded in the body, and including a coating layer surrounding a surface of each of a plurality of turns; and a first protective film disposed between the one surface of the molded portion and the cover portion and between at least a portion of the surface of the winding coil and the cover portion.
PLATE CUT LINEAR MOTOR COIL FOR ELEVATOR SYSTEM
An assembly and method of manufacturing the coil assembly is provided. The method includes acquiring a sheet of a conductive metal and producing a plurality of coils from the sheet of conductive metal. Further, the method includes layering at least two of the plurality of coils with an insulation layer there between to construct the coil assembly and electrically coupling the at least two of the plurality of coils within the coil assembly.
COIL COMPONENT
In a coil component, coupling coefficient is improved. In the coil component, the coupling position between the outer end portion of the first planar coil and the first lead-out portion is biased toward the second lead-out portion with respect to the center line of the first lead-out portion, whereby the length of the second planar coil not alongside with the outermost turn of the first planar coil is shortened. By shortening the length of the second planar coil, the coupling coefficient between the first coil portion and the second coil portion is increased.
