INSTALLATION AID CHAIN, INSTALLATION AID CHAIN, COIL ARRANGEMENT WITH THE SAME, AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING A COIL ARRANGEMENT FOR A VEHICLE-SIDE INDUCTION CHARGING UNIT CHARGING UNIT WITH AN INSTALLATION AID CHAIN
An installation aid chain member for an installation aid chain may be arranged for positioning and fixing an electric conductor. The installation aid chain member may include a base, at least one coupling arrangement, and a conductor holder. The base may define a support surface. The support surface may support or be able to support the installation aid chain member. The at least one coupling arrangement may be arranged on the base for movably coupling the installation aid chain member to a second installation aid chain member. The conductor holder may be arranged away from the support surface on the base, for retaining a conductor portion of the electric conductor.
Method of winding a conductor in double pancake
A method of winding a conductor in double pancake, including a first pancake and a second pancake, a reel initially containing the conductor, the method including: a first step in which the reel is placed on a tensioner and a first portion of the conductor is wound around a storage volume; a second step in which a first part of the conductor is inserted in a winding mandrel to change the layer; a third step in which a second portion of the conductor is wound around a first part of the storage volume so as to form a first pancake; a fourth step in which the first portion of the conductor is unwound from the storage volume and is wound around the reel; and a fifth step in which the first portion of the conductor is wound around a second part of the storage volume to form a second pancake.

Coil forming device
In a coil forming device, an edge line in an escape region is formed so that a clearance between the edge line in the escape region and a recess portion in an axis direction is larger than a minimum clearance between the edge line in an inclined region and the recess portion in the axis direction. When a second die is rotated relative to a first die in the clockwise direction the flat-square conductive material end is bent in flatwise bending by the recess portion and the inclined region of a protrusion portion, and then, the flat-square conductive material end reaches the escape region.

WINDING ARRANGEMENT
A winding arrangement includes a plurality of winding sections being mutually spaced apart in axial direction and electrically connected to one another forming a series circuit. Each winding section includes a conductor wound from an inner end to an outer end of the winding section and thus enlarges the winding section in radial direction. At least one winding section is electrically connected at its outer end to the inner end of the following winding section in axial direction, which can be cost effectively produced. The winding sections thereof are disposed at a comparatively small mutual separation. At least one following winding section in axial direction forms a stepped region in which the inner end thereof is disposed in the radial direction at the height of the outer end of the winding section to which it is electrically connected. A transformer and a coil having the winding arrangement are also provided.
