The body includes a capacitance portion in which each of the first electrode films faces a corresponding second electrode film of the second electrode films with a corresponding dielectric film of the dielectric films in between, and the capacitance portion includes spaces each between a corresponding dielectric film of the dielectric films and a corresponding first electrode film of the first electrode films or between a corresponding dielectric film of the dielectric films and a corresponding second electrode film of the second electrode films.

Disclosed is an assembly including a busbar that includes: a first layer that defines: first layer top and bottom surfaces; first layer first and second ends; and a first layer center region between the first layer first and second ends; and the first layer forms first layer perforations of different sizes about the first layer center region so perforations closer to the first layer first end are smaller than perforations spaced apart therefrom; a second layer that is disposed against and electrically isolated from the first layer bottom surface, wherein the second layer defines connector orifices having a same size as each other that are aligned with the first layer perforations; and a first capacitor supported against and electrically connected to the first layer top surface, wherein the first capacitor includes busbar connectors that respectively extend through the first layer perforations to electrically connect with the connector orifices.

An AC capacitor including a first electrode with an electrically conductive rod protruding from surface of the first electrode, a second electrode including an opening, a bobbin located between the first and the second electrode the bobbin includes a hollow central section. The axis of the electrically conductive rod protruding from surface of the first electrode is coaxial with axis of the hollow bobbin and the electrically conductive rod passes through the hollow central section of the bobbin and through the opening in the second electrode allowing current flow.

High power capacitor

An AC capacitor including a first electrode with an electrically conductive rod protruding from surface of the first electrode, a second electrode including an opening, a bobbin located between the first and the second electrode the bobbin includes a hollow central section. The axis of the electrically conductive rod protruding from surface of the first electrode is coaxial with axis of the hollow bobbin and the electrically conductive rod passes through the hollow central section of the bobbin and through the opening in the second electrode allowing current flow.

The invention relates to an electronic component. For each connection 4, 5, the component has at least one electrically conductive connection element 9, 10 having a mounting foot 14, 15 for connection to a circuit carrier 22. According to the invention, the connection element 8, 9 has at least two metal layers 10, 11, 12, 13 at least on one section, wherein the metal layers are each formed from different metals and integrally connected to one another. Preferably, one metal layer 12, 13 from the metal layers has greater thermal conductivity than the other metal layer 10, 11.
