RELAY
A relay includes a movable block, a base substrate, and a coil block. The movable block is provided rotatably around a rotational axis of the movable block. The movable block includes a plurality of sliders. The base substrate is disposed opposite the movable block in the rotational axis direction of the movable block, and contacts the sliders. The base substrate includes a plurality of contactors that come into contact with the sliders. The coil block includes a coil that generates electromagnetic force by electric conduction to rotate the movable block with respect to the base substrate. As the movable block rotates, continuity is switched between the sliders and the contactors.
Electromagnetic relay
An electromagnetic relay includes plural pairs of fixed terminals each including an external input/output terminal and an external output/input terminal that can be electrically connected to the external input/output terminal the external input/output terminal and the external output/input terminal being paired with and separated from each other. A tip portion of the external input/output terminal and a tip portion of the external output/input terminal paired with each other are aligned along a straight line extending in a direction substantially parallel to a virtual straight line in a plan view, and the straight lines on which the respective pairs of the tip portions are aligned are offset from each other in a direction vertical to the virtual straight lines.
Integrated contactor mounting and power distribution system and method
A contactor mounting system is disclosed herein. The contactor is directly mounted to the printed wire board. Pins may be coupled to an exposed end portion of the first stationary lead and the second stationary lead of the contactor. Pins may be configured to interconnect the contactor to the printed wire board.
Trip free relay
An overload relay is disclosed in which a single operator coil is controlled for both tripping and resetting. A permanent magnet and a spring make the device bi-stable, so the coil may be unpowered when in the trip and reset states. Energization of the coil overcomes the magnet to allow tripping, while energization in an opposite direction adds to the magnet force to reset the device. An electromagnetic activation path overrides a mechanical activation path for electromagnetic tripping despite attempted manual resetting. The device may be pulse width modulated to reduce power consumption.
Hair straightener and integrated switch for control and display
A hair straightener and its integrated switch for control and display are disclosed. The hair straightener comprises first and second clamping plate parts and the integrated switch for control and display arranged on an inner side of the second clamping plate part. The integrated switch for control and display comprises a temperature control knob assembly for regulating and controlling temperature, a display button assembly for displaying the temperature and turning on or off a power supply, and a control motherboard for digital display and electrical control. The temperature control knob assembly and the display button assembly are installed on the control motherboard. The temperature display, control and regulation functions, and the power supply switching on and off functions are centralized on the same switch key, such that the temperature can be controlled and regulated conveniently when operated by one hand and the visual information can be obtained without obstacles.
Electrical relay device
An electrical relay device includes a housing extending between a closed end and an open end defining a chamber. The closed end of the housing faces and is mounted to a circuit board. A driver is received in the chamber and is electrically connected to a relay power source. The driver includes a coil and coil terminals terminated to the circuit board. A switch member is positioned in the chamber and moves between a first position and a second position. The switch member includes a movable relay contact. A cover is coupled to the housing at the open end. The cover holds the coil with the movable relay contact positioned between the coil and the closed end of the housing facing the circuit board.
BUTTON STRUCTURE OF INPUT DEVICE
A button structure of an input device, including a circuit board, a dome element, and a trigger, is provided. The dome element is disposed on the circuit board, and is electrically conductive and elastic. The trigger is disposed at a center of the dome element, and is electrically insulative and flexible. The trigger has a conductive layer facing the circuit board. The dome element is configured to be pressed to drive the conductive layer of the trigger to abut against a trigger circuit of the circuit board to generate a trigger signal.
Portable radio with button over speaker
A portable radio includes a printed circuit board, a frame positioned in front of the printed circuit board, a speaker positioned within the frame, a support platform positioned in front of the speaker and the frame, a button positioned in front of the support platform, and electrical components linked between the button and the printed circuit board. The button is movable between a first position where an electrical signal is sent through the plurality of electrical components to the printed circuit board, and a second position where the electrical signal is interrupted.
Lever switch device
A lever switch device includes a shaft member, a rotary operation member, a push switch, and a flexible board. The flexible board has a first board part, a first wiring part connected to the first board part, a second board part, a second wiring part connected to the second board part, and an integrated wiring part. The first board part has a fixed contact. A movable contact of the rotary operation member comes into contact with and separates from the fixed contact in response to a positional shift of the rotary operation member. The second board part receives a signal output from the push switch. The integrated wiring part is at a position away from the first board part and the second board part, and a part of the first wiring part and a part of the second wiring part are integrated in the integrated wiring part.
Switch construction
A switch assembly includes a switch and a connector. The switch and the connector are configured to interlock, wherein the switch includes a connection extending at least partially along a center axis of the switch, and the connection is configured to receive at least a part of the connector. The connection may include at least one slot and at least one wedge-shaped groove which is extending from the at least one slot and tapered in a direction of the center axis. The connector may include at least one corresponding wedge-shaped protrusion. The at least one corresponding wedge-shaped protrusion may include a resilient contact blade which can interlock with the at least one wedge-shaped groove.
