PROTECTIVE BUTTON ASSEMBLY FOR EXTERIOR SURFACES OF VEHICLES
A button assembly for an exterior of a vehicle is disclosed. The button assembly is designed with improved water drainage properties. The button assembly includes a button switch and a bezel housing surrounding the button switch that is spaced apart from the button switch. A channel extends between the two components. In one example, the channel has a width of approximately 0.5 mm at one end. In another example, the channel is formed between two surfaces, and the outer surface is sloped relative to the button switch by approximately 15 degrees. Furthermore, in some examples, the channel has a height of approximately 3 mm. Each of these structural characteristics serves to significantly improve the assembly's overall drainage performance, which may be especially essential in colder climates.
TRIGGER SWITCH AND ELECTRIC DEVICE
A trigger switch includes a trigger, a casing, a compression spring, and a sealing member. The trigger includes a trigger body to which a force is applied when an operator performs a pushing operation, and a trigger shaft extending from the trigger body toward a pushing direction. The casing holds the trigger so as to guide the trigger shaft along the pushing direction when the pushing operation of the trigger is performed. The compression spring is fitted to the outside of the trigger shaft between the trigger and the casing. The sealing member is disposed between the trigger and the casing so as to be fitted to a further outside of the compression spring and cover the trigger shaft and the compression spring.
Acoustic output device
An acoustic output device includes a base case whose internal space is formed as an arrangement space and in which an insertion hole communicating with the internal space is formed, a cover that covers at least a part of the base case, an elastically deformable waterproof sheet including a flat surface portion joined to the base case and a bag-shaped pocket portion inserted into the insertion hole, a push button including an operating portion to be pressed and operated and a working portion inserted into the pocket portion, a substrate that is arranged in the arrangement space, and a switch that is arranged on the substrate and operated by the working portion via the pocket portion.
Switch Assembly
A switch assembly including a socket, a top cap, and an intermediate cart located in the socket. The intermediate cart is slidable with the socket. The top cap is in a spherical or pivot engagement with the intermediate cart. An activation force of the sliding movement is lower than an activation force of the spherical or pivot movement.
Signal generator for a vehicle door
A signal generator, in particular opening switch, for a vehicle door or flap, including an actuator, in particular an actuator which can be manually actuated and/or gripped by an operating person, furthermore including a plug housing (14) with a switch (22) which is received therein or arranged thereon and which has electrical contacts (20) which form part of a plug connection, and including an actuator housing (12) with the actuator (30), the actuator being mounted movably on the actuator housing (12) and acting on the switch (22), the actuator housing (12) and the plug housing (14) being positionally fixed relative to one another, wherein the electrical contacts (20) are electrically connected to the switch (22) by plugged-in conductors.
ELECTRONIC DEVICE
An electronic device is provided in the disclosure. An electronic device includes a frame, a stop pin, and a button. The frame defines a button hole and a pin hole in communication with the button hole. An inner side wall of the button hole is provided with a stop protrusion at a position away from the pin hole. The stop pin is inserted into the pin hole and partially received in the button hole. The button is provided with a first hook and a second hook away from the first hook. The first hook hooks the stop protrusion. The second hook hooks part of the stop pin in the button hole. The button can be pressed to slide a preset distance under a limit of the stop pin and the stop protrusion.
PUSH SWITCH
A push switch contains a case including a containing portion and a sealing groove; a pair of contacts disposed in the containing portion so as to be spaced apart from each other; a movable contact which is disposed above the pair of contacts in the containing portion; a cap including a base portion disposed on the case and a sealing protrusion protruding from a peripheral edge portion of the base portion toward a lower side for liquid-tightly sealing the sealing groove of the case; and a cover attached to the case from an upper side so as to hold the cap on the case. The sealing protrusion of the cap is compressively deformed in the sealing groove of the case, and thereby the sealing groove of the case is liquid-tightly sealed.

The sealing protrusion of the cap is compressively deformed in the sealing groove of the case, and thereby the sealing groove of the case is liquid-tightly sealed.
Harsh environment key panel and bezel structures
Harsh environment key panel and bezel structures for a user interface device are disclosed. In embodiments, a user interface device includes a printed board, a switch mounted to the printed board, and a key panel disposed upon the printed board. The key panel includes a plurality of printed device layers forming a bezel, a button configured to actuate the switch, and a deformable interface between the bezel and the button. The plurality of printed device layers can include at least one continuous printed device layer that forms portions of the bezel, the button, and the deformable interface. The continuous printed device layer may include at least one rigid device material that forms a portion of the bezel and a portion of the button and a deformable device material that forms a portion of the deformable interface between the bezel and the button.
