Adjustable Snap-Action Limit Switch Mount
An adjustable mount for an electrical device (such as a limit switch) or an optical device that includes: (a) a base adapted to be mounted to a surface; and (b) a platform coupled to and elevated above the base; where the platform includes, a top surface for seating an electrical sensor device or an optical device thereon, a through-hole approximate a first end of the top surface for receiving a first screw extending from the electrical sensor device or optical device, and an arcuate through-slot approximate a second end of the top surface opposite the first end for receiving a second screw extending from the electrical sensor device or optical device, the arcuate through-slot having a radius of curvature centered near or on the through-hole.
Rotational over travel protection for preventing over rotation of an object
A rotational over travel protection device for preventing over rotation of at least one of a cable, or a component operable with the rotational over travel protection device is provided. The device includes a housing, a rotatable shaft connected to the housing that can rotate relative to the house, and a triggering device supported in the housing and rotatable with the rotatable shaft. The device also includes a first and second rotational limit switch disposed in the housing. The switches are operable to be activated by the triggering device to arrest rotation of the rotatable shaft upon relative rotation of the rotatable shaft and the housing either a first or second rotation direction, respectively, at least 180 degrees from a zero position.
CONTACT MECHANISM AND SWITCH USING THE SAME
A contact mechanism includes an opening/closing fixed contact, an opening/closing movable contact opposed to the opening/closing fixed contact, and a permanent magnet configured to extend an arc that occurs between the opening/closing fixed contact and the opening/closing movable contact in a predetermined direction. In particular, an arc that occurs from contact surface regions where the opening/closing fixed contact and the opening/closing movable contact make contact with each other is extended by a magnetic force of the permanent magnet and moved to non-contact surface regions where the opening/closing fixed contact and the opening/closing movable contact make no contact with each other.
Thermal sensor reset rod for thermal sensor
A resetting element for transmitting resetting force to a thermal switch. The resetting element includes a first end and an elastic element configured to transmit a force received at the first end to the reset switch of the thermal switch, wherein the elastic element is prevents damage to the thermal switch by decreasing the force transmitted to the reset switch from the first end.
Electric switch
Provided is an electric switch, including a casing, an actuator, a movable contact frame, a snap-action resilient member, a lock mechanism, a signal switch and a contact switch. The actuator is capable of reciprocating along a first direction. The movable contact frame is provided with a retaining portion. The snap-action resilient member is arranged in the movable contact frame and is compressed by the actuator when the actuator moves. The lock mechanism includes two lock members which are capable of reciprocating in the mounting cavity along a second direction with the movement of the actuator, so as to lock or unlock the retaining portion. A brush of the electric switch is arranged on the movable contact frame. A movable contact of the contact switch is arranged on the movable contact frame.
SWITCH DEVICE, AND OPENING AND CLOSING DETECTION DEVICE
A switch device includes a switch, a lead wire, a sealing member, and a housing. The switch includes a terminal provided on the outer side of the switch, the lead wire is fixed to the terminal, the sealing member seals a portion of the lead wire fixed to the terminal, and the housing is configured to house the sealing member. The housing has a first bottom surface and a second bottom surface. The first bottom surface has an opening through which the lead wire passes, and the second bottom surface is located closer to the switch than the first bottom surface. The sealing member abuts the second bottom surface.
Switch circuit, switch device, and system
A switch circuit includes a first circuit including a first switch and first output terminals, and a second circuit including a second switch and second output terminals. The first circuit and the second circuit are connected in series. The first circuit has a circuit configuration in which a combination of resistors in a signal path between the first output terminals of the first circuit differs depending on the electrical conduction state of the first switch. The second circuit has a circuit configuration in which a combination of resistors in a signal path between the second output terminals of the second circuit differs depending on the electrical conduction state of the second switch.
Lever-actuated switch systems for beverage dispensers
A switch system for controlling dispensing from a dispensing system. A frame is coupleable to the dispensing system and has a front and back. A lever extends between a pivot and pressing ends and is pivotally coupled to the frame, being pivotable between dispensing and non-dispensing positions. A resilient member between the lever and the back of the frame extends between an anchor and a contact region. The anchor region is coupled to the frame and the contact region is closer than the anchor region to the lever. A roller is pivotally coupled to the contact region. The resilient member biases the lever towards the non-dispensing position via the roller. An electronic switch is between the lever and the back of the frame. The electronic switch is actuated to cause dispensing when the lever is pivoted into the dispensing position.
SWIPE GESTURE DETECTION DEVICE AND METHOD FOR DETERMINING A SWIPE GESTURE PERFORMED ON A MOVING SURFACE ELEMENT OF A VEHICLE COMPONENT
A swipe gesture detection device may determine a swipe gesture performed on a moving surface element of a vehicle component. The swipe gesture detection device includes a spring, which applies a pre-loading between the moving surface element and a housing element of the vehicle component. The swipe gesture detection device also includes a contactless measuring distance sensor having at least three sensor elements arranged in different positions for detecting a respective distance between the surface element and the housing element.
DEVICE HAVING PUSH BUTTON SWITCH FOR OPERATING POWER SEAT OF VEHICLE
A device having push button switches for operating a power seat of a vehicle, includes a switch module in which a plurality of push button type switches for an input operation to drive a power seat to a target position and in a target direction are modularized; a plurality of touch sensors embedded in the plurality of push button type switches and configured to indicate operating directions of the power seat; a main controller configured to determine an operating direction of the power seat according to a sensing signal from a touch sensor in which a touch sensing operation is performed among the plurality of touch sensors; and a display configured to display the operating direction of the power seat determined by the main controller as one arrow and visually guide a user.
