Lock-off mechanism for locking-off a trigger assembly of an electric device
A trigger switch assembly for use with an electrical device, including: a switch housing; a switch circuit disposed within the switch housing; an actuator rod configured for operable-interaction with a contact lever of the switch circuit; a trigger member having an actuator rod engagement recess configured for receiving a first end of the actuator rod therein, and, a finger-engagement portion configured for engagement by a user's finger so as to urge the actuator rod along the movement axis from the OFF position in to its ON position; and a lock-off mechanism.
Push-button switch with lubricant retaining portion
A switch includes: a housing having a box shape; a plunger movable in a first direction intersecting an opening surface; and a movable piece arranged inside the housing and is elastically deformable in a second direction intersecting the first direction. The plunger has a touching portion which is arranged so as to face the movable piece in the second direction inside the housing and to be able to elastically deform the movable piece in the second direction by touching the movable piece, and further, a lubricant retaining portion that can retain a lubricant is provided in at least one of the touching portion of the plunger and a touched portion of the movable piece.

Key structure and assembly method thereof
A key structure and an assembly method thereof are provided. The key structure includes a base plate, a switch, two fixing bases, two movable members and a keycap. The base plate includes upper and bottom surfaces, and has a first accommodation hole and two second accommodation holes. The switch is disposed on the base plate through the first accommodation hole. The two fixing bases are disposed on the base plate respectively through the two second accommodation holes. Each fixing base has a guiding channel. The two movable members are disposed in the two guiding channels. The keycap is disposed on the switch and the two movable members. Each fixing base includes a first portion protruded from the upper surface and a second portion protruded from the bottom surface. The vertical projection area of the first portion is not greater than the vertical projection area of the second portion.

INPUT DEVICE
An input device includes a fixed electrode, a movable electrode, and a movable member. The movable member is configured to elastically deform by receiving pressing force to relatively displace the movable electrode toward the fixed electrode. The movable member has an outer peripheral part. The outer peripheral part includes a suppression structure configured to suppress the movable member from being elastically deformed by the pressing force.
Movement Mechanism And Input Device
A movement mechanism includes: a case; a moving portion movable with respect to the case; and a support member that links the case and moving portion together and supports the moving portion so as to be movable with respect to the case. The support member has a plurality of pairs of first support portions and a plurality of pairs of second support portions, each of which is elastically deformable, has a plate-like shape, and extends between the case and the moving portion. The first support portions and second support portions are respectively placed on a first side and a second side in a moving direction of the moving portion so as to be symmetric with respect to the moving portion in plan view.

Switch assembly
A switch assembly including a socket, a top cap, and an intermediate cart located in the socket. The intermediate cart is slidable with the socket. The top cap is in a spherical or pivot engagement with the intermediate cart. An activation force of the sliding movement is lower than an activation force of the spherical or pivot movement.
Illuminated keyswitch structure and illuminating module thereof
An illuminated keyswitch structure with an illuminating module includes a base plate, a drive circuit board under the base plate, a spacer between the drive circuit board and the base plate, and a light-emitting part on the circuit board. The spacer has a through hole communicating with an opening of the base plate in a vertical direction. The light-emitting part is located in the through hole, and falls within a projection of the opening in the vertical direction. The light-emitting part has a top surface that is lower than or equal to a bottom surface of the base plate in the vertical direction. The structure of the illuminated keyswitch structure around the light-emitting part can keep flat by the spacer. The spacer can prevent the light-emitting part from structurally entering the opening, avoiding structural interference between the light-emitting part and other components above the base plate.
