EMERGENCY-STOP SWITCH AND MACHINE WITH AN EMERGENCY-STOP SWITCH
The invention relates to an emergency stop switch, having: a switch mechanism with a manually operable switch and with a first contact element which is operatively connected to the switch, wherein the switch is configured to bring the first contact element into contact with a second contact element to trigger an emergency stop function. A cable pull mechanism with a switch tongue guided in a switch tongue guide is connected to a first end of a cable, wherein a switch tongue spring preloads the switch tongue during operation in a direction away from the cable. The cable is connected on its second end with preload to an equalizing spring during operation, wherein the first contact element is operatively connected to the switch tongue. When the preloaded cable is pulled, is guided in the switch tongue guide in the direction of the cable, opposing a spring force of the switch tongue spring, and in the process brings the first contact element into contact with the second contact element in order to trigger the emergency stop function by the cable pull mechanism.
Combined dual-conductive key switch
A combined dual-conductive key switch including a base, a cover arranged above the base and a conductive core, wherein the combined dual-conductive key switch further includes a mechanical-conducting component and a light-conducting component which are electrically connected to a PCB respectively, wherein a conduction trigger block corresponding to the mechanical-conducting component and a light-blocking protrusion corresponding to the mechanical-conducting component are respectively arranged on the conductive core; and the conduction trigger block triggers a conduction stroke of conducting the mechanical-conducting component, which is different from the conduction stroke of conducting the light-conducting component triggered by the light-blocking protrusion. The combined dual-conductive key switch is provided for achieving dual-conductive functions of pressing once and performing two actions for a product.
Dual-conductive key switch
The utility model discloses a dual-conductive key switch comprising a base, a cover arranged above the base, and a conductive core, wherein it further comprises a first conducting component and a second conducting component which are triggered to conduct sequentially by the conductive core. According to the utility model, the dual-conductive key switch is provided for achieving dual-conductive function of pressing once and performing two actions for a product, which gives more functions to the key switch and provides better user experience.
Keyboard key switches
Key switches of the inventive subject matter are designed to give users the tactile feel of key switches from expensive mechanical keyboards without drawback typically associated with alternative key switches. In some embodiments, key switches described in this application are designed to function with a sheet of membrane switches, while in other embodiments, key switches of the inventive subject matter incorporate optical switching in place of membrane switching. Embodiments for use with membrane switching feature a plunger and rocker combination that prevents the pressure from a user's key press from being directly transferred to a membrane switch, thereby reducing wear and tear. In optical switching embodiments, pressing the key switch causes an actuator, e.g., come between an optical emitter/receiver pair to register a key press.
Push-button switch with lubricant retaining portion
A switch includes: a housing having a box shape; a plunger movable in a first direction intersecting an opening surface; and a movable piece arranged inside the housing and is elastically deformable in a second direction intersecting the first direction. The plunger has a touching portion which is arranged so as to face the movable piece in the second direction inside the housing and to be able to elastically deform the movable piece in the second direction by touching the movable piece, and further, a lubricant retaining portion that can retain a lubricant is provided in at least one of the touching portion of the plunger and a touched portion of the movable piece.
Key module
What is presented is a key module with a cover element and a tappet having a cam nose, wherein the tappet is supported to be movable along a movement axis by the cover element, wherein the tappet has a cylindrical keycap supporting portion in a passage area in which it projects through the cover element and has at least one rib on a guiding portion adjacent to the an keycap supporting portion on an outside. Furthermore, the key module includes a contactor unit formed and arranged to be taken along by the cam nose, and a contact piece formed and arranged for establishing electric contact with the contact nose. Moreover, the key module has a housing element for accommodating the contact piece, the contactor unit and the tappet, wherein the housing element has, for accommodating the guiding portion of the tappet, at least one accommodating bowl with at least one recess for accommodating the at least one rib of the tappet.
MULTI-POSITION KEYBOARD KEY SWITCH
Provided is a multi-position electrical switch. The multi-position switch includes an enclosure and a stem structured and arranged to move along a vertical axis within the enclosure. The stem provides a plurality of distinct horizontal protrusions as physical deactivators at different elevations along the vertical axis. A plurality of distinct electrical contacts are provided by a paired stationary element and a movable element for flexibly making and breaking electrical contact with the stationary element, the movable element biased for contact with the stationary element. Each distinct electrical contact is associated with at least one distinct horizontal protrusion. A spring disposing the stem in an initial position in which the plurality of distinct horizontal protrusions dispose all of the movable elements in broken contact. Depression of the stem along the vertical axis transitions the distinct horizontal protrusions away from the movable elements permitting contact with their paired stationary elements.
POWER SWITCHING DEVICE AND APPLICATION THEREOF
A power switching device, an electric energy storage system and an electric tool system are provided. The power switching device includes a plug connected to a power supply device and including an output terminal; and a power switching assembly connected to the plug and including a power switching member, the switching member is used for switching a coupling form of the plug. The power switching assembly further includes a control member for controlling the power switching assembly to move between different switching positions. The control member includes a switching button, and the switching position of the power switching assembly is switched by pressing the switching button.
