TRANSMISSION ASSEMBLY FOR SWITCHBOX
A valve controller includes a housing defining an interior volume, and a transmission assembly at least partially disposed in the interior volume of the housing. The transmission assembly includes a shaft coupled to a cam sub-assembly, which includes a first side and a second side opposite the first side, a first cam, and a second cam coupled to the first cam. Each of the first and second cams includes a bore arranged to receive the shaft and a lobe. The lobe of the first cam and the lobe of the second cam being at least partially coplanar. A first switch and a second switch are disposed in the interior volume of the housing and adjacent to the transmission assembly. The lobe of the first cam is arranged to activate the first switch and the lobe of the second cam is arranged to activate the second switch.
CONTROL DEVICE WITH LIMIT SWITCHES
A control device with limit switches is provided. The device has a container housing an electric circuit provided with one or more limit switches, and a driving assembly configured to control operation of a valve or an actuator through the limit switches of the electric circuit. The driving assembly has a shaft configured to be rotatably coupled to a valve or an actuator and one or more cams keyed on the shaft and is configured for driving the limit switches of the electric circuit. The shaft has a gripping surface and each cam has a radial clamping mechanism whose gripping members are arranged in correspondence of a through hole configured to allow to fit the cam onto the shaft.

A switch device includes at least one switch element actuated by a cam of a camshaft. The cam is a three-dimensional cam and the at least one switch element is arranged so as to be displaceable substantially parallel to an axis of the camshaft in order to adjust a switch point.

A control device with limit switches is provided. The device has a container housing an electric circuit provided with one or more limit switches, and a driving assembly configured to control operation of a valve or an actuator through the limit switches of the electric circuit. The driving assembly has a shaft configured to be rotatably coupled to a valve or an actuator and one or more cams keyed on the shaft and is configured for driving the limit switches of the electric circuit. The shaft has a gripping surface and each cam has a radial clamping mechanism whose gripping members are arranged in correspondence of a through hole configured to allow to fit the cam onto the shaft.

A valve controller includes a housing defining an interior volume, and a transmission assembly at least partially disposed in the interior volume of the housing. The transmission assembly includes a shaft coupled to a cam sub-assembly, which includes a first side and a second side opposite the first side, a first cam, and a second cam coupled to the first cam. Each of the first and second cams includes a bore arranged to receive the shaft and a lobe. The lobe of the first cam and the lobe of the second cam being at least partially coplanar. A first switch and a second switch are disposed in the interior volume of the housing and adjacent to the transmission assembly. The lobe of the first cam is arranged to activate the first switch and the lobe of the second cam is arranged to activate the second switch.
