A fixed support bears the mobile contact blade and the fixed support includes a front support branch and a rear support branch. Each branch includes a transversely oriented horizontal notch, in the bottom of which is housed a transverse free edge of a respectively front and rear section of the mobile contact blade. The fixed support includes two identical support plates spaced transversely apart.
High-voltage DC relay
A high-voltage DC relay of the present disclosure, including a housing, two main lead-out terminals, a main movable piece and a pushing rod component; and the relay further including two auxiliary lead-out terminals, an auxiliary movable spring, and an insulating partition plate, the two auxiliary lead-out terminals are respectively installed on the same side of a connecting line of the two main lead-out terminals corresponding to the top of the housing, and bottoms of the two auxiliary lead-out terminals are respectively located in the housing; the auxiliary movable spring is insulated from the movable assembly and fixed to the movable assembly through the insulating partition plate, so as to follow a movement of the movable assembly to achieve bridging with the two auxiliary lead-out terminals.
HIGH-VOLTAGE DC RELAY
A high-voltage DC relay of the present disclosure, including a housing, two main lead-out terminals, a main movable piece and a pushing rod component; and the relay further including two auxiliary lead-out terminals, an auxiliary movable spring, and an insulating partition plate, the insulating partition plate is disposed in a vertical plane on a side of the main movable piece, the auxiliary movable spring is on a side of the insulating partition plate opposite the main movable piece, and is disposed along the vertical direction, the insulating partition plate is configured to completely isolate the main movable piece and the auxiliary movable spring; the auxiliary movable spring is insulated from the movable assembly and fixed to the movable assembly through the insulating partition plate, so as to follow a movement of the movable assembly to achieve bridging with the two auxiliary lead-out terminals.
ELECTROMAGNETIC RELAY
An electromagnetic relay including: a base unit that includes a slit having a first wall part and a second wall part, and a first projection projecting from the first wall part of the slit; a terminal that is press-fitted into the slit, and includes a second projection at a position opposite to the first projection; and a preventer that prevents deviation of the second projection against the first projection when the terminal is press-fitted into the slit.
CONTROL ELEMENT WITH BUCKLED MEMBER
A control element having a beam member divided into an actuation section and a valve section positioned on opposing sides of a pivot member, in which active control of the actuation section causes buckling of the valve section to bring the valve section from a closed state to an open state or causes relaxing of the valve section to bring the valve section from an open state to a closed state.
RELAY
A relay includes an electromagnet, a plurality of springs having contacts which open and close in accordance with operation of the electromagnet and terminals, and a base which supports the springs, wherein at least one of the plurality of springs has a locked part which is locked on the base using resilience of the spring, and the base has a lock part which locks the locked part.
Key module for a keyboard and keyboard
A key module (110) for a keyboard is presented. The key module (110) comprises a key tappet (220). The key tappet (220) comprises a coupling portion (322) for coupling with a keycap for the key module (110). The key tappet (220) comprises at least one guiding portion (326, 328) for guiding a translational actuation movement of the key tappet (220) between a rest position and an actuated position. The key tappet (220) comprises at least one tappet stop (324) for limiting the actuation movement. The key module (110) also comprises a trigger element (350) for triggering a switch signal of the key module (110) in response to the actuation movement. The trigger element (350) is attachable to the key tappet (220). The key module (110) further comprises a module housing (230), wherein the module housing (230) is integrally formed. The module housing (230) comprises at least one positioning protrusion (334) for positioning the key module (110) and a circuit substrate of the keyboard. The module housing (230) is formed to movably accommodate the key tappet (220), in order to enable the actuation movement of the key tappet (220) relative to the module housing (230). The module housing (230) comprises at least one housing stop (332) for abutment against the at least one tappet stop (324) of the key tappet (220) in the rest position of the key tappet (220). Moreover, the key module (110) comprises elastic means (340). The elastic means (340) is configured to bias the key tappet (220) into the rest position in an assembled state of the key module (110).
ELECTRIC SWITCH
The invention relates to an electric switch that serves to switch on and/or off electric devices and for this purpose has a contact system in the switch housing. By means of a manual actuating element or a remotely controlled actuator, a switching operation can be effected.
