Multifunctional high-voltage connector and battery product
The present disclosure provides a multifunctional high-voltage connector and a battery product, the multifunctional high-voltage connector comprises: an upper cover; a pedestal; a conductive connection structure; two mating terminals; and a harness assembly. The conductive connection structure is used to make the two mating terminals be connected in series, and the harness assembly is directly connected to one of the mating terminals. When the upper cover and the pedestal are assembled, the conductive connection structure is simultaneously in contact with the two mating terminals, thereby turning on the high-voltage circuit. When the battery product requires maintenance, the upper cover is directly detached from the base, thereby turning off the high-voltage circuit. The battery product can be electrically connected to an external device via the harness assembly. The multifunctional high-voltage connector integrates both a switch function and a high-voltage connection function, therefore the connection resistance is greatly reduced.
Connector and connector assembly
A connector configured to be fitted with a mating connector includes a main housing, a sub-housing supported on the main housing to be slidable in a fitting direction with respect to the main housing in which the connector is fitted with the mating connector, and an operating member pivotably and slidably supported on the main housing. The main housing moves closer to the mating connector when the operating member is pivoted from a first posture to a second posture. The sub-housing moves in the fitting direction when the operating member slides from the second posture in a direction different from the fitting direction. The sub-housing has an erroneous fitting prevention part abutting against the mating connector in a state of incomplete fitting of the connector with the mating connector.

Self-supported actuation device for an electromechanical switch
The invention relates to a self-supported activation device for an electromechanical switch, which can be used for the isolation of a faulty element of a battery, comprising a set of electrically connected elements. The activation device (1) is intended to activate switching in a switching device (2) of the type having electrical contact means (3) that can move between first and second electrical positions. The activation device comprises a current sensor (6a, 6b), a retaining element (7), and at least two movable elements (8, 9) solidly connected to a coil (10). When a current is detected by the current sensor (6a, 6b) the activation device can move from a non-activation configuration, in which the movable elements are retained by the retaining element in a first position intended to prevent the movement of the contact means of a switching device, into an activation configuration, in which the movable elements are no longer retained in the first position by the retaining element and instead occupy a second position intended to allow the movement of the contact means of a switching device. The coil (10) comprises a passage space for at least part of the contact means, and each of the movable elements can rotate about an axis such as to clear the passage space, in the aforementioned second position, while remaining solidly connected to the coil.
Pyrotechnic switch with a fuse element
Pyrotechnic switch (1) including: at least a first circuit portion (10) with two connection terminals (11a, 11b), arranged to be part of an electrical circuit, a mobile body (20), arranged to pass from a first position to a second position, and thereby cause an opening of the first circuit portion (10), a pyrotechnic actuator, arranged to control the movement of the mobile body (20) from the first to the second position, a fuse element (30) such as a fuse, arranged to interrupt an electric current passing between the terminals of the first circuit portion (11a, 11b), characterized in that the fuse element (30) is isolated from at least one of the terminals of the first circuit portion (11a, 11b) when the mobile body (20) is in the first position.
Conductive connection structure, multifunctional high-voltage connector and battery product
The present disclosure provides a conductive connection structure, a multifunctional high-voltage connector and a battery product, the conductive connection structure comprises: a main body portion; and two conductive connection portions. The main body portion comprises: a tube body having openings; and a conductive fusing body. The conductive connection portion has: a first contact segment connected to the conductive fusing body and sealing a corresponding opening; a second contact segment; and a transitional connection segment. It is not necessary to additionally provide the package plate, thereby making the structure of the conductive connection structure simple and the volume of the conductive connection structure small, reducing the assembling steps, and improving the space utilization of the multifunctional high-voltage connector. When the upper cover and the pedestal are assembled, the second contact segment is directly inserted into the corresponding mating terminal, thereby further reducing the connection resistance in the high-voltage circuit.
