ELECTRICAL SWITCH GANGING SYSTEM AND METHOD
A fastener is provided for ganging or joining two or more switch handles to one another. The fastener includes a head at one end and an elongated shank extending from the head. The shank includes a threaded portion adjacent the head that threadingly engages one of the switch handles. The shank extends longitudinally from the threaded portion through the threadingly engaged switch handle and through one or more additional switch handles to gang the switch handles to one another.
ELECTRICAL POWER TRANSFER SWITCH
A modular transfer switch (22) and actuator (20) wherein multiple transfer switches are connectable in linear arrangement with the actuator such that the actuator controls the position of all of the transfer switches. Each of the transfer switches (22) includes a contact assembly (48) that converts over-rotation of the drive linkage (26) in the transfer switch to added pressure between the load contacts and the power contacts in the contact assembly.
Linkage for fuse switch
A rotatable switching member includes a support bracket having a first arm, a second arm, and a middle portion, and a switch flange. The rotatable switching member further includes a switch bracket connected to the middle portion of the support bracket having an attachment portion and an engagement portion. A handle is fixed to the first arm of the support bracket to rotate the rotatable switching member.
Switching apparatus
Implementations of the subject matter described herein provide a switching apparatus. The switching apparatus includes: a switching component including a first main shaft, which is adapted to selectively connect and disconnect at least one circuit in response to the rotation of the first main shaft; and an operating mechanism including a second main shaft for actuating the first main shaft to rotate via the second main shaft; wherein the switching component further includes a first interface, and the operating mechanism further includes a second interface, and the second main shaft to be detachably coupled to the first main shaft in response to the engagement of the first interface and the second interface.
Toggle lever connection for electric switches
A toggle lever connection for connecting at least two toggle levers is disclosed. The toggle levers each include two grooves arranged opposite each other. The toggle lever connection includes a frame and a slider with one hook per toggle lever. The frame and the slider run into each other and can be displaced in relation to each other between a first, open position, in which the toggle lever connection can be placed onto the at least two toggle levers or removed therefrom, and a second, closed position, in which the hooks grip into the grooves of the at least two toggle levers, thereby locking the toggle lever connection to the toggle levers.
Electrical switching mechanism control apparatus
An electrical switching apparatus includes a first pole unit, a second pole unit, and a busbar assembly interconnecting the first pole unit with the second pole unit in series or in parallel. A first mechanism is configured to switch the first pole unit between its open and closed conditions. A second mechanism is configured to switch the second pole unit between its open and closed conditions. An actuating assembly is configured to actuate the first and second mechanisms to switch the first and second pole units from their open conditions to their closed conditions simultaneously, and to switch the first and second pole units from their closed conditions to their open conditions simultaneously.
