VACUUM INTERRUPTER AND VACUUM BREAKER
In a vacuum container (1) of a vacuum interrupter (1A), an insulating cylindrical body (10) is sealed with a fixed-side flange (11a) on the fixed side in the axial direction, and is sealed with a movable-side flange (11b) on the movable side in the axial direction. In the fixed-side flange (11a) and the movable-side flange (11b), annular expansion portions (5a, 5b) are formed between middle portions (3a, 3b) and outer peripheral edge portions (4a, 4b), respectively. The annular expansion portions (5a, 5b) are respectively formed in annular shapes extending along the outer peripheries of the middle portions (3a, 3b), and in shapes expanding in the axial outer side direction of the vacuum container (1), such that an arch structural effect can be obtained.

According to the vacuum interrupter, the outer magnet is arranged to generate a fixed first longitudinal magnetic field in the interelectrode area of the at least one anode side contact blade and the at least one cathode side contact blade, contraction of arcs during current breaking can be alleviated, the arcs are in a diffusion state, and ablation of the contact in the arcing process is reduced, and breaking capacity of a vacuum circuit breaker is guaranteed.
VACUUM CIRCUIT BREAKER
A vacuum circuit breaker includes: a grounded tank; a vacuum valve including a vacuum container housing a movable contact and a stationary contact, a movable conductor that is connected to the movable contact and extends out of the vacuum container, and a tubular bellows; a tubular movable-side bushing conductor; a slider movably set inside the movable-side bushing conductor; a movable-side frame that communicates with a space inside a tube of the bellows and electrically connects the movable-side bushing conductor to the movable conductor; an operation rod having one end protruding to an outside of the grounded tank and an opposite end connected to the movable conductor; an operating device that moves the operation rod; a movable-side support plate covering an end of the grounded tank where the operation rod extends out of the grounded tank; and a packing set in a hole.
INTERRUPTER UNIT HAVING A VACUUM TUBE AND AN INSULATING HOUSING
An interrupter unit includes a vacuum switch tube and an insulating housing. The insulating housing has an inner surface. The vacuum switch tube is bordered at least partially by an electrically insulating structure material having an outer surface. The insulating housing at least partially surrounds the vacuum switch tube. In operation, inner surface of the insulating housing and outer surface of the vacuum switch tube are separated by an adhesion layer. The inner surface and the outer surface are provided at least partially with an electrically conductive layer such that, in a boundary region between vacuum switch tube and insulating housing, the following layer sequence is directed radially outwards from a switch axis: structure material of vacuum switch tube; outer surface of structure material; conductive layer on outer surface of structure material; adhesion layer; conductive layer on insulating housing; inner surface of insulating housing; volume material of insulating housing.
Vacuum interrupter
A vacuum interrupter includes at least one insulating body, a fixed contact, a fixed contact flange, a moving contact having a longitudinal axis of the moving contact, a moving contact flange, a moving contact bearing, and a bellows. The fixed contact is stationarily disposed in the fixed contact flange, the moving contact is moveably guided in the moving contact bearing and the moving contact is moveably secured to the moving contact flange by the bellows. The bellows is secured to the moving contact flange by a first bellows end and the bellows is secured to the moving contact by a second bellows end. An increased pressure resistance of the vacuum interrupter against ambient pressures over 1 bar is achieved by a sleeve which is secured to the moving contact against movements along the longitudinal axis of the moving contact, and which is guided through the moving contact bearing.
Double-contact switch with vacuum switching chambers
A double-contact switch has first and second tubular vacuum switching chambers; a stationary electrode, between the first and second vacuum switching chamber, having a first stationary contact protruding into the first chamber and a second stationary contact protruding into the second chamber; a first electrode, arranged in the first chamber, moveable axially therein, having a contact support region and sealed off from the first chamber exterior; a second electrode, arranged in the second chamber, moveable axially therein, having a contact support region and scaled off from the second chamber exterior; a first contact compression spring applying a first spring force to the first movable electrode so the first electrode contact presses onto the contact protruding into the first chamber; and a second contact compression spring applying a greater, second spring force to the second movable electrode so the second electrode contact presses onto the contact protruding into the second chamber.
Gas-insulated switching device
A gas-insulated switching device includes: a vacuum valve having a movable contact provided on one side of a movable conductor and a fixed contact provided to a fixed conductor; an insulation rod connected to another side of the movable conductor led out from the vacuum valve through a bellows; an operation rod connecting the insulation rod and an operation device; an airtight container in which the insulation rod, the other side of the movable conductor, and the operation rod are accommodated; and an intermediate pressure chamber formed by communication between internal spaces of the bellows and the airtight container. A sliding contact member is provided to the other side of the movable conductor. The sliding contact member is connected, via the airtight container, to a main circuit conductor. A communication portion provided between the airtight container and the sliding contact member allows communication inside the airtight container.
CIRCUIT BREAKER WITH SINGLE PHASE CONTROL
A circuit breaker includes a frame and first, second and third single-phase vacuum interrupters and first, second and third magnetic actuators connected to respective single-phase vacuum interrupters. Each of said magnetic actuators is configured to receive an open or close signal and in response, actuate the respective vacuum interrupter connected thereto into an open or closed circuit condition. Each magnetic actuator includes a fixed core, a plurality of permanent magnets surrounding the fixed core, and a movable core received within the fixed core. A controller is connected to each of the first, second and third magnetic actuators and generates the open or close signal to a respective magnetic actuator to open or close one or more of the first, second and third single phase interrupters.
CIRCUIT BREAKER WITH TERMINAL BUSHINGS HAVING DYNAMIC SEAL
A circuit breaker includes a frame having an interior compartment and an outer surface and a bushing opening. A circuit interrupter is mounted within the interior compartment. A terminal bushing is received within the bushing opening and has a lower terminal end extending into the housing and electrically connected to the circuit interrupter. An outer flange forms a bushing seat positioned adjacent the outer surface. An upper gasket is received against the outer flange. A seal pocket is formed by a bushing opening, upper gasket and outer surface of the terminal bushing. A dynamic seal is contained within the seal pocket and compressed an amount sufficient to provide elasticity and a compression height for dynamic loading of the upper gasket.
CIRCUIT BREAKER WITH INDICATOR OF BREAKER POSITION
A circuit breaker includes a frame defining a housing having an interior compartment and a circuit interrupter. An actuator is connected to the circuit interrupter and configured to actuate the circuit interrupter into closed and open breaker positions. An indicator is connected to the actuator and movable between first and second positions corresponding to the respective closed and open breaker positions. A first indicator surface has first indicia indicative that the circuit interrupter is in the closed breaker position and a second indicator surface having second indicia indicative that the circuit interrupter is in the open breaker position. An opening is formed on the housing and aligned with the indicator to expose for view the respective first or second indicia when the circuit interrupter is in the respective closed or open breaker position.
