CIRCUIT STRUCTURE

Provided is a circuit structure with a new structure that can improve a heat dissipation efficiency of a heat generating component while having resistance to a reaction force of a thermally conductive member. Provided is a circuit structure including: a heat generating component; bus bars that are connected to connection portions of the heat-generating component; cases that accommodate the heat-generating component and the bus bars; an elastic thermally conductive member that comes into thermal contact with the bus bars; a pressing portion that is provided on the cases and brings the bus bars into contact with the thermally conductive member; and a reinforcing wall portion that protrudes outside of the cases and reinforces the pressing portion.

Electronic module

In an electronic module for a vehicle including a case in which an electronic component such as a relay is mounted, the electronic module includes a discharge hole which discharges liquid contained in the case, and the discharge hole includes a peripheral edge of a predetermined dimension determined based on surface tension of the liquid.

A novel electrical box to house one or more ISO micro relays, is adapted to support IP67 and IP69K Ingress Protection ratings. The housing of the electrical box is molded with blade sockets that correspond to blade positions of the ISO micro relay. The housing is also molded with terminal seats and cylindrical openings which vary, depending on the blade socket, enabling terminals of different sizes, orientations, and positions relative to the respective blades, to be easily inserted into the back of the housing. The resulting position of the terminals ensures that electrical connections to the ISO micro relay are made and ingress protection of components inside the electrical box is ensured.

ARRANGEMENT AND MODULE FOR ELECTRICAL CONTACTOR ASSEMBLIES

An electrical contactor module includes a pair of contactor assemblies each having an input contact, an output contact spaced apart from the input contact, and a linear solenoid disposed proximate the input and output contacts. Each linear solenoid has a housing, a plunger disposed within the housing so as to permit axial displacement of the plunger between an open position in which an end of the plunger is spaced apart from the input and output contacts and a closed position in which the end mechanically contacts and electrically couples the input and output contacts, a spring for biasing the plunger in the open position, and a coil within the housing for urging the plunger from the open position to the closed position along a linear direction. The contactor assemblies are fastened and arranged within an enclosure, with the linear directions for the contactor assemblies pointing in generally opposite directions.

An electronic component includes a component main body having a rectangular parallelepiped shape and a plurality of lead terminals, and each lead terminal is disposed to droop along a side surface of the component main body facing the lead terminal. The plurality of lead terminals having different rigidities are arranged in a width direction of at least one side surface of the component main body, and the lead terminal having a highest rigidity among the plurality of lead terminals is disposed to protrude more in a direction in which it gets apart from the corresponding side surface of the component main body than the other lead terminals. Accordingly, it is possible to prevent deformation of the lead terminal.

Relay unit

A relay unit includes: bus bars serving as conductive paths; relays including contact portions for turning on and off energization of the bus bars, and a plurality of terminals connected to the contact portions, the bus bars being fixed to the terminals; and heat dissipation members that are fixed to the terminals of the relays, receive heat of the terminals, and dissipate the heat.

A relay base for connection to a plug-in relay is disclosed. The relay base comprises a plurality of connection units. Each connection unit comprises an electrically conductive socket member having a first end configured to receive a pin of the relay, an electrically conductive flexible connector having a first end that is electrically connected to a second end of the socket member, and an electrically conductive insert having a first end that is electrically connected to a second end of the flexible connector. A second end of the insert is configured as an electrical connectivity receptacle (e.g., a screw type terminal comprising a thread for receiving a screw). The configuration of the second end of the insert allows for facilitated making and breaking an electrical connection between the relay and an external wiring.

A relay includes a fixed contact, a movable contact, a return member of the movable contact, and a case that covers the fixed contact, the movable contact, and the return member. The case is made of a material having transparency or translucency. The relay RS further includes a tray portion that is disposed above the return member and below the fixed contact and holds a fusing residue generated by separation/approach of the movable contact from/to the fixed contact. The relay further includes a cap that covers a portion of a terminal connected to the fixed contact, the portion being exposed from the case. When the cap is attached to the case, at least a portion of the case is exposed without being covered with the cap.

Relay Holding Structure

A relay holding structure has a relay, a first holding portion, a case, a second holding portion, a cover and an elastic member. The first holding portion and the second holding portion are formed of compressible resin foam. The first holding portion abuts against a first surface of the relay. The case supports the relay through the first holding portion. The second holding portion abuts against a second surface of the relay. The cover sandwiches the relay between it and the case through the first holding portion and the second holding portion. The elastic member engages the case and the cover so that the case and the cover press the relay. A clearance is provided between the case and the cover in an entire area viewing the case from the sandwiching direction of the relay.
